Dramatic 911 Calls Released From Deadly Nightclub Shooting in Washington

Last Christmas Eve, shots rang out at a Munchbar, a bar in Bellevue, Washington, sending 600 people (including several Seattle Seahawks players and Aubrey O'Day) scrambling. The local NBC-affiliate got their hands on the dramatic 911 calls and pieced together the story of what happened that night. One person was killed. The club has since closed down -- probably by the police, because the shooter was a 19-year-old named Ja’Mari Jones. BTW: This was Ja'Mari's second murder: In 2008, he (along with two friends) beat a man to death. He was sentenced to less than a year in juvenile detention for the first-degree manslaughter charge. He's now facing second-degree murder charges and prosecutors say he could spend 20 to 28 years in prison if convicted. source: KING

Dr Phil Asks Manti Te'o Fake Girlfriend Hoaxster to Do Voice of Lennay Kekua

We haven't been following the Manti Te'o scandal closely, because sh-t is just too weird and confusing. Ronaiah Tuiasosopo -- who says he's a recovering homosexual* and insists was the voice of Manti's fake girlfriend Lennay Kekua -- gave an interview to Dr Phil to take full responsibility, but we think he's taking the fall for someone. Who? We don't know. Things got really weird when Dr Phil asked the 22-year-old to speak in the voice of Lennay, then when he gave some excuse why he couldn't, Dr Phil told him professional FBI voice recognition experts say the voice on the tapes is not Ronaiah's. All Ronaiah did was smile and nod his head in agreement. (Sidebar: A family member told reporters the voice on the tapes belonged to Ronaiah's cousin, Tino Tuiasosopo.)

Oh, in part two of the interview, which airs tomorrow, Ronaiah decides to prove the FBI wrong and agrees to do the voice of Lennay -- behind a privacy screen. We bet that didn't go well.

*Here's the video:

Good luck with that.

Update, Feb. 1: Dr Phil wasn't completely won-over by Ronaiah's performance of Lennay's voice behind the privacy screene, so he allowed Ronaiah to go home and perform the voice on a producer’s phone with a producer serving as a witness. (Listen to it, below) Three separate voice analysts (we're not sure if they are the same FBI/Secret Service experts from above) concluded the voice provided by Ronaiah on the producer's phone matched the voice from the of Lennay on the voicemails released earlier. (Oh, he also claimed he was molest as a child by a family friend but didn't tell authorities.)

News Station Installs Hidden Cameras to Catch Jewelry Thief, Thief Steals The Hidden Cameras

After three women in Nashville, Tennessee purchased a coupon on LivingSocial and hired a cleaning company to clean their homes, their expensive jewelry were stolen. With no proof, they were unable to pin the theft on Zach Jones, the owner of IGB Residential Cleaning Service. So, the women called up the NBC-affiliated WSMV, who set-up a sting operation: they installed five hidden cameras throughout a home, planted some jewelry and hired Zach and his wife (Ithaca Black-Jones) to come clean. As soon as he arrived, cameras caught home rifling through the home looking for jewelry to steal. But what was really shocking is that Zach -- who was previously convicted for theft -- stole all but one of the hidden cameras. Despite photographic proof to the contrary, Zach and his wife both deny they're thieves -- yet they are on the run from police.

Update, Jan. 2: Zach Jones is a piece of work. He finally called back the reporter and insists -- despite being caught on camera -- he didn't steal the news station's cameras. As for why he left without getting paid, Zach says: "There are some things, sir, that are just contributions. Everybody needs blessings, right?" What an idiot! Police needs to find these donkeys and arrest them and put them behind bars for a long time.

Beyoncé Admits to Lip-Syncing National Anthem

During a press conference today in New Orleans, Mrs Carter finally admitted to what we already knew -- she lip-synced to a pre-recorded track of The Star-Spangled Banner at the president's inauguration on January 21.

Oh, and just to remind the haters she can actually sing, she belted out The Star-Spangled Banner live for reporters and the worldwide audience watching on their TVs. So there!

As for her soon-to-be-epic halftime performance, she was mum. But she does reveal will "absolutely be singing live." #BeyoncéBowl

Beyoncé Speaks Out on Miscarriage She Suffered

For her upcoming HBO documentary “Life Is But a Dream," Mrs Carter promised an unprecedented loo into into her notorious private life. Members of the media are screening the film today and in it, Mrs Carter (we believe) spoke out for the first time on the miscarriage she suffered before "giving birth" to daughter Blue Ivy Carter in 2012.
"About two years ago, I was pregnant for the first time," Knowles reveals in an emotional scene. "I heard the heartbeat, which was the most beautiful music I ever heard in my life." Beyoncé and her husband of nearly five years, Jay-Z, even started picking out baby names. “I was feeling very maternal,” recalls the Grammy award-winning singer. "I envisioned what my child would look like.” Unfortunately Knowles never got the chance to meet her child. "I flew back to New York to get my check up -- and no heartbeat," she recalls during a raw, emotional moment. "Literally the week before I went to the doctor, everything was fine, but there was no heartbeat." Beyoncé reveals that she dealt with the loss the best way she knew how: through her music. "I went into the studio and wrote the saddest song I've ever written in my life. It was actually the first song I wrote for my album,” the 31-year-old singer says about the heartbreak. “It was the best form of therapy for me, because it was the saddest thing I've ever been through."

Mrs Carter will hold a press conference this afternoon to preview her Super Bowl halftime show performance. She should expect lots of questions about her National Anthem lip-sync scandal.

Former NFLer Turned Serial Armed Robber Arrested

A former NFL player was arrested in Duncanville, Texas on Tuesday after he attempted to rob a 7-Eleven at gunpoint. According to police, 44-year-old Darren "Tank" Lewis -- who played for the Chicago Bears for two seasons -- barged into the convenience store and demanded money and when the clerk refused, he shot the clerk in the thigh. Police are also investigating Darren for a string of similar robberies in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Darren, who is/was addicted to cocaine, had a promising future as a football player, but as you know, drugs are the devil! He was previously arrested for vehicular theft, shoplifting and probation violations. In 1993 he was released from the Bears after he was involved in a "domestic dispute." No charges were filed. Since then, his life has been in a downward spiral.

Granny Arrested For Prostitution Says She Shouldn't Have Been Arrested

Police in Mobile, Alabama recently arrested several working girls and johns at motels and street corners throughout the city, one of the women arrested is 53-year-old Amber Malone, who was charged with loitering for prostitution. Instead of lying on that sword, she called up the local news station to give them an interview. Amber -- who meet clients through an ad she places online under the heading "Cougar on the Prowl" and uses the name Amber Jones -- says she's an escort and she shouldn't have been arrested because what she does is a victimless crime. I just can't.

Sidebar: Last Friday, Sygun Liebhart was arrested in a hotel room in Glastonbury, Connecticut and charged with prostitution after placing an ad online promoting herself in an escort section as "Lola." She's 71 years old!

Whatever You Do, Don't You Ever, Ever, EVER Walk into This Reporter's Live Shot

We don't believe there's an Emmy for Excellence in Shade by a News Reporter, but if there were, WKMG reporter Jessica Sanchez will win it. Hands-down. While on Bourbon Street in New Orleans reporting on the pre-Super Bowl festivities, a drunk woman stumbled herself into the live shot, so Jessica asked her: "How long have you had an STD?"

Tornado Touches Down in Georgia

A tornado has touched down in Adairsville, Georgia, uprooting trees, flipping vehicles and damaging structures. Anthony Raines, 51, was killed by blunt force trauma to the head and chest.

Is This a Photograph?

No! It's a drawing by 27-year-old British artist Kelvin Okafur. His drawings of celebrities -- which take about 80-100 hours to complete -- is awesome! He creates each piece only in black and white -- using graphite pencils, charcoal, black coloured pencil and sometimes grey pastels. BTW: They cost between $600 to $7400.

Here's a video of Kelvin speaking about his work and process.

Former 'American Idol' Contestant Corey Clark Sues Fox For Libel; He Claims Show is Scripted, He Attempted Suicide While on Food Stamps

Former "American Idol" contestant Corey Clark wants his life back and he's ready to spill the tea on the show that made him a household name. In a lawsuit filed in Federal court this week, the 32-year-old singer claims the show is "scripted" and he was cast in season 2 to play the "fictional role of a villain" -- a role that made it impossible for him to resume an ordinary life after the show is over. After he was kicked off "Idol" in 2002 due to a criminal case, Corey says he was unable to find work because E! Entertainment Television and Fox Inc. (what he calls the IDOL-RING) blacklisted him in the industry and even though noted crazy person Paula Abdul -- with whom he had a sexual relationship -- promised to support him financially, she dropped him like a hot potato which forced him to live off food stamps. He also tried to hang himself with bedsheets.
Clark claims that when he auditioned for the show he told a producer about misdemeanor charges pending from his arrest on Oct. 12, 2002. Clark, then 22, says he was babysitting his 15-year-old sister and refused to let her leave their parents' home in Topeka, Kan., and police were called. All the charges against him were dropped on Nov. 18, 2002, according to his 44-page complaint. When he auditioned, on Nov. 4 that year, Clark says, the charges had not yet been dropped. He says he told an Idol producer about his arrest, and the producer "told plaintiff not to worry about it." [...] "(T)wo weeks later, on the eve of his arrival after earning the prized Golden Ticket, the government's charges against plaintiff were mysteriously reinstated and a three-count misdemeanor complaint filed by the Shawnee County Assistant District Attorney on Dec. 4, 2002. "Upon information and belief, IDOL-RING played a role in the prosecutor's decision to proceed with charges against plaintiff. "Plaintiff did not learn of the reinstated Kansas charges until on or about Monday, Jan. 6 or Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2003." He claims that "Upon the advice of his counsel and in order to avoid traveling back to the state of Kansas, plaintiff pled no-contest to one misdemeanor count of obstruction of justice based on resisting arrest." Clark claims that he went on to become a finalist in the show, but in March 2003, nonparty The Smoking Gun published an article on his arrest, prompting Idol producers to disqualify him, claiming he had not disclosed his criminal history. He claims that Idol producers told him he might be able to stay on the show "'depending on how much you help us clean this up,'" and then "Fox required plaintiff to do a videotaped interview immediately." Clark claims he "expressed concern that he should be allowed to speak with an attorney" but was told "there was no time for that and if Corey had any chance of staying on the show, he would need to appear in the videotape." Clark claims he did that "under duress." He claims he refused to "confess to being a 'liar' for not telling senior producers about the arrest" so it was "suggested that Clark state he was 'guilty' of not telling producers about the arrest." He claims he was "guaranteed" that if he made such a statement he could stay on the show. But 30 minutes later, he claims, he was told "that senior Fox executives demanded that plaintiff be removed from the show." Clark claims that The Smoking Gun then announced that he had been kicked of the show, and that "it was quite clear that The Smoking Gun author had a direct line into Fox."
In the complaint, Corey claims Paula was immediately solicited him. Through her assistant, Paula gave Corey his telephone number and promised to be his "special friend." Corey says "within hours of first speaking to Abdul on her home telephone, Abdul sent a private car service to pick Corey Clark up and transport him to her home." We all know why she summoned him to her home -- and it was not for voice lessons. Their three-month long relationship(?) came to an end after he was disqualified from the singing competition show.
He claims that Abdul cut off communicating with him after he was booted from the show, and that "for almost two years" he "remained quiet about his love affair with Abdul." He claims he "increasingly found himself 'blacklisted' by music industry professionals" as he tried to get "a Major Label record deal in Los Angeles." He claims that he "ultimately learned that representatives of the 'American Idol' franchise were actively interfering with his efforts to secure contracts." He says he "eventually succeeded on the strength of his musical talent and natural charisma." But was "(s)still frustrated by the unwarranted interference from 'American Idol' producers, and shunned by his former love interest Abdul, who had promised him substantial moral and financial support in his musical career," so he "resolved in or about December 2004 to 'hold nothing back'" and tell all he knew about the show. And, he claims: "Clark was further compelled to disclose his relationship by the notion that his 'disqualification' on the basis of his arrest record was mere pretext for his affair with Abdul; he thought at the time [2005] that the reason for his removal was the discovery by senior producers ... of his secret affair with Abdul." (Brackets in complaint.) He adds: "To date, despite a cryptic press release issued by her representatives, Paula Abdul has never personally made a public statement or utterance in which she expressly denied her mentoring, friendship and/or romantic relationship with Corey Clark during his participation in Season Two of American Idol." Clark claims that in 2005 Fox had the law firms Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, and Morrison & Foerster initiate a "sham investigative report" that claimed that his intimate relationship with Abdul was fictional, which led to his being "shunned" by the music industry. As a result, he says: "He was now labeled as 'the guy who fabricated the story about sleeping with a famous judge just to sell a record.' "In the fall of 2005, plaintiff stated receiving death threats from complete strangers in the streets. Random people spit on him and damned him to hell." Clark also claims that the allegedly bogus investigation caused his record label to drop him just before his first album was to be released. Clark claims he tried to sue for defamation, but did not have the money for a lawyer. "In fact, plaintiff began living on food stamps during this time period." So he decided to kill himself, he says. He tried to hang himself with bedsheets on July 24, 2006, but "whether through luck or diving intervention he was able to survive," according to the complaint. He says this lawsuit is "a good faith effort to see Truth and Justice, the absence of which shall permanently castigate plaintiff to a Life of Exile and impair the valuable interest in plaintiff's right of publicity." He claims that "the E! True Hollywood Story: Paula Abdul," published on Jan. 27, 2012, defamed him, or at least "contain(ed) statements concerning plaintiff that are capable of defamatory meaning. The program denies that Abdul had a relationship with Corey Clark during his time on American Idol. ... "Having omitted the true nature of the relationship between plaintiff and Abdul, defendant's statement unfairly imputes plaintiff as a liar."
Corey filed the lawsuit sued E! Entertainment Television, Fox Inc., and two law firms (Gibson Dunn Crutcher, and Morrison & Foerster) for libel, false light and invasion of privacy. He's seeking an unspecified amount for seeks in damages.

Gentleman Attacks Ex-Girlfriend Inside Courtroom As She Sought Order of Protection Against Him

Last Friday, an Ohio woman went to court to request a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend, then things got out of control. Dominique Morrow, 28, filed papers Jan. 16 requesting the protection order against Rashad Greene, 30, because he had made threats and was abusive toward her. “I went there, I told [the magistrate] I was in fear for my life and that I had children to take care of. I just wanted her to see,” Dominique said. After the judge briefly left the couple (and Rashad's grandmother) alone in the room, they got into an argument then he chased her around the room and attacked her. She suffered a head injury. A court officer Tasered Rashad and placed him under arrest. The judge sentenced him to 30 days in jail for charges of domestic violence and contempt of court and ordered him to stay at least 1,000 feet away from Dominique for the next five years.

Troubled comedian Katt Williams was again a no-show at a scheduled court hearing at a Sacramento County Court this morning. The 41-year-old alleged crack head was to appear before a judge to face felony reckless evasion charges stemming from a November incident in downtown Sacramento, where he led officers on a high-speed chase on a three-wheeled motorcycle. He also failed to appear at the first hearing this month and on January 8 he was arrested at his home in Los Angeles. This morning, the judge issued a $200,000 warrant for his arrest. Whitney Houston's Brother Admits He -- NOT Bobby Brown -- First Introduced Whitney to Crack Cocaine in the '80s

Oprah is becoming the go-to person for celebrities to get things off their chests and she's proven once again she has the inside line to the Houston family. Remember, she was the first person to interview the family after Whitney Houston died last year from accidental drowning after she snorted or smoked crack cocaine. In her latest interview, Oprah talks with Cissy Houston, who has a book coming out Tuesday about Whitney and she brought along one of Whitney's older brothers, Michael Houston, to clear up a major misconception. Michael, who many in the family called Whitney's twin, hasn't spoken publicly -- until now. He tells Oprah he and Whitney were inseparable and he was the first person to introduce her to crack cocaine and other drugs back in the '80s -- long before she met and married Bobby Brown. He says he feels responsible for her death. According to Roger Friedman, Michael was arrested for possession of cocaine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and being under the influence of drugs in Fort Lee, N.J. in 2001 after a traffic stop. Whitney’s other brother, Gary, was also pulled over by police in Charlotte, North Carolina in 1996 and was arrested for possession of crack cocaine. Reportedly, Whitney's daughter, Bobbi Kristina, is also addicted to crack cocaine. A mess.

Speaking of which: Cissy says she's "heard" that Bobbi Kristina is a drug addict, but she hasn't been able confirm it, because the 19-year-old doesn't return her calls. Um, this lawsuit she filed against Bobbi Kris may have something to do with that. Cissy also adds that she doesn't care much for her famewh*ring daughter in law, Pat Houston, either. We had a bad feeling about her, too.

Cissy also addressed Whitney's long-rumored lesbian relationship with Robyn Crawford.

UPDATE, Jan. 29: Here's the full interview.

Former NFLer Attacked Ex-Boyfriend Over Soy Sauce, Underwear

Former San Francisco 49ers and Oakland Raiders offensive tackle Kwame Harris, 30, faces felony domestic violence charges for allegedly beating an ex-boyfriend (Dimitri Geier) in the parking lot of a restaurant in Menlo Park, California after an argument sparked by soy sauce and stolen underwear on August 21, 2012. The fact that he's gay is not that shocking, but beating someone over soy sauce? Girl.
Harris and his alleged victim had been in a romantic relationship but were no longer involved when they met at Su Hong restaurant in Menlo Park, said Chief Deputy District Attorney Karen Guidotti. Harris’ attorney Alin Cintean confirms the pair were previously involved but were just friends at that point. Harris was to drive Geier to San Francisco International Airport but instead became upset when he poured soy sauce on a plate of rice, according to the suit filed in San Mateo County Superior Court. The men argued for approximately seven minutes and Harris said he would no longer take Geier to the airport, the suit states. As the men left to remove Geier’s belongings from Harris’ car so that he could instead take a cab, Harris tried pulling the other man’s pants down and accused him of stealing his underwear, according to the suit. Geier unsuccessfully tried pushing Harris away but the bigger man shook him violently and punched him in the arms, the suit states. Police reports list Harris as 6 feet 7 inches and 240 pounds while Geier is 6 feet 1 inch and 220, Guidotti said. Geier allegedly hit Harris three times in the face but Harris “seemed only to grow more agitated” and punched him in the face several times until he fell, the suit states. Harris allegedly threw Geier’s property from the car and left while Geier hailed a cab and was taken to an emergency room in San Jose. Geier had surgery to repair broken orbital bones and required a metal plate to repair the damage. Harris was arrested at his home. Geier threw the first punch after the verbal fight escalated but Harris was charged because the other man ended up injured, Cintean said. “This really is a pure self-defense case. He was attacked,” Cintean said.

Just in Time For the Super Bowl, Men Steal $65,000 in Chicken Wings

Michelle Williams Says There Will No Destiny's Child Reunion at the Super Bowl Because She's Busy That Day

Maybe Michelle Williams is trying to throw us off so as not to spoil the "surprise," but one of the Destiny's Child replacements says there will no reunion at the Super Bowl next Sunday because her schedule is already booked.
While Beyoncé has posted photos of her rehearsals for the big performance, Williams says reports of a reunion for the pop group are merely unconfirmed rumors – and that they're "not true." "I'm going to be in the musical Fela!," she told WRUG Media in a recent interview. "I hate to disappoint the people and tell them that it's not true." Williams is headlining a world tour of the Tony Award-winning show, which kicks off Tuesday in Washington, D.C. [...] "I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry," Williams said of the reunion rumors. "But we did record a song with each other before the holidays." Destiny's Child – Love Songs, a greatest hits compilation of the group's most romantic recordings set for release Tuesday, will feature a new song, "Nuclear," their first in eight years. But Williams did hint that a reunion outside the recording studio may still happen. "We have talked about it," she said. "You know, one day soon."

Convicted Felon Chris Brown Punched Frank Ocean Over Parking Space

Super rich kids with nothing but loose ends.
Chris Brown was involved in an all-out brawl with Frank Ocean Sunday night, and sources connected with Chris insist Ocean started it. Chris was at Westlake Studio in the L.A. area listening to one of the artists he represents. The sources say as Chris went to leave, Frank Ocean and his crew blocked Chris from leaving. The sources say Frank said, "This is my studio, this is my parking spot." We're told Chris went to shake Frank's hand ... and that's when one of Frank's people attacked Chris. Sources connected with Chris say one of Chris' friends jumped in front and hit Frank's friend. Sources connected with Chris say Frank then came at Chris ... Chris pushed him away and they started brawling. The police were called and are on scene now. [...] Police have cleared the scene. We're told Chris Brown was not there when officers arrived -- but they did speak to Frank Ocean. At this point ... we're told no one wants to press charges, and no arrests have been made. [...] Cops say they will continue to investigate and want to speak with Chris Brown. They refer to Ocean as "the victim" because he's the one who stuck around and spoke with police. Ocean said the fight started over a parking space (how L.A.) and Brown punched him. There were 6 people involved in the fight.

source: TMZ
Children! After the fracas, Frank tweeted: "got jumped by chris and a couple guys. lol. i only wish everest [his dog] was there. cut my finger now I can't play w two hands at the grammys." We dread the thought of how many times CFCB hurled the gay slur that begins with an "F" at Frank, who came out of the closet last year. These two kids have a past. We don't -- or care -- how their feud began, but apparently, it began on Twitter sometime in 2011 after CFCB called Frank Ocean's band's music “demonic” then Frank compared CFCB to Ike Turner -- you know, a woman beater. Then a video popped up of CFCB's cousins chasing Frank through through the streets of West Hollywood. Too much. Then last year, when a reporter asked CFCB about Frank coming out of the closet, CFCB said: "man, no homo." Yadadadadada... I can't with this mess. Both of you kids go to your rooms!

Update, Jan 29: Frank Ocean wants to press charges against the convicted felon. Oh, he could also be charged with a hate crime if he did utter those gay slurs at Frank, as we suspect he did, because CFCB has no self control and is a POS. And look at we have here: CFCB was seen in Los Angeles today with cast or bandage on his right hand today. Suspicious.

Update, Feb, 3: In a shocking turn of events. Actually, it's not very shocking. CFCB will likely not go to jail. Frank Ocean has forgiven him and decided not to press charges, after all. In a message on his Web site, Frank writes: “As a child I thought if someone jumped me it would result in me murdering or mutilating a man. But as a man I am not a killer. I’m an artist and a modern person. I’ll choose sanity. No criminal charges. No civil lawsuit. Forgiveness, albeit difficult, is wisdom. Peace, albeit trite, is what I want in my short life. Peace.” Wait? Is he foreshadowing his death?

Update, Feb. 4: As we suspected, Frank was called a "fa-got" during the 2- to 3-minute fight. According to the police report obtained by the folks over at TMZ, CFCB threatened to shoot Frank then punched him in the face. Then two of CFCB's hangerons jumped in to help and pushed Frank into a corner and attempted to kick him. He told cops he wasn't sure who hurled the F-word at him.

In related news...Prosecutors filed a motion asking that CFCB be found in violation of his probation for failing to complete 180 days of community labor for beating the crap out then (and now) girlfriend, Miss Fenty. In a 19-page motion, prosecutors cited various discrepancies in reports about CFCB's community labor work in Virginia, where he was authorized by the court to complete that portion of his sentence. According to prosecutors, probation officers reported in October 2011 that CFCB had completed 581 hours of community labor. The following month, the Richmond Police Department reported that he had completed 103 days -- or 824 hours -- of community labor. But in Feburary 2012, the Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision Office reported that CFCB had completed 701 hours. Prosecutors said they made repeated requests for documentation of the felon's community labor hours, but have not found any corroboration of the numbers. Prosecutors noted in the court papers that on some dates that CFCB was reported to be performing community labor, he wasn't even in Virginia -- in one instance taking part in a charity event in Washington, D.C., an in another on a flight to Cancun. He's due in court tomorrow.

Drunk 70-year-old Driver Got into 17 Hit-and-Run Accidents in One Night

Actually, cops believe Michael Owen Snider, 70, was involved in more than 17 hit-and-run accidents in Gwinnett County, Georgia, Wednesday night before he struck a Toyota Camry with his pickup truck, killing the female passenger. It's also unclear how intoxicated he was, but some motorists say he intentionally tried to crash into them -- hitting their vehicles more than once. He told one of the victims: “Do you know who I am? I do whatever I want.” Ha! He was arrested and charged with vehicular homicide, serious injury by vehicle, DUI, reckless driving and following too closely. He remains jailed without bond.

Janet Jackson is Planning to Have Baby via a Surrogate: report

Janet Jackson and her billionaire fiancé Wissam Al Mana are planning a family. Allegedly. According to Star magazine, the couple, who has been engaged since 2010, are finally planning to get married this spring and have a baby thereafter. So, how does Janet, at 46, plan to give birth to her first child? Well at first we heard she was considering adoption, but according to a friend of the entertainer, Janet froze her eggs and she's currently looking for a surrogate to carry the baby. The friend says: "Janet's the happiest she's been in years, and the one thing that's missing in her life is a baby." Hmm, some may say she's already given birth to a couple kids -- one of those kids rumored to be hers in the Bhatti boy. We should point out that Star was two years late on reporting on Janet and Wissam's engagement, so they may be off on this surrogacy story, too.

Scientists Discover Potential AIDS Cure

Australian researchers have discovered a potential cure for HIV/AIDS. According to Dr David Harrich with the Queensland Institute of Medical Research, he and his team have discovered a technique that alters the proteins that enable the HIV virus to replicate throughout the body. The technique prevents the virus from crippling the immune system by manipulating its genetic structure and turning HIV into a weapon against itself. The cure is a long way from becoming available to those afflicted with HIV/AIDS. Dr Harrich and his team will begin testing on mice in 2013; human trials would occur in the next 10 years.

CNN Confirms Beyoncé Lip-Synced National Anthem

This just in! The folks over at CNN independently confirm that Mrs Carter lip-synced "The Star-Spangled Banner" during Monday's inauguration ceremonies in Washington. Whaaaaat?! We are baffled by the national attention this non-story has gotten. What's even more baffling is that it's a breaking news bulletin -- on CNN! Anywho, CNN's national political correspondent Jim Acosta spoke to a member of the inaugural committee who said Mrs Carter made the decision "not to sign live" on Sunday night because she didn't have time to rehearse with the US Marine band. This official added he was "puzzled" at Mrs Carter's decision, but she's a "very good live signer" and was "spot on" when she recorded the track which she lip-synced to. Jim also spoke with Bob Goldstein, who owns the company that provided the audio equipment for the inauguration. He also, albeit indirectly, confirmed that the singer lip-synced. Mrs Carter -- who is preparing to sate the Beyhive with a half-time show performance at Super Bowl next month and release an album shortly thereafter -- had no comment. Now, can we all get back to the important news -- like the first lady's bangs? Geesh!

Note: Above video contains the two segments that aired on CNN today.

Yet Another Tranny Has Been Arrested For Performing Illegal Butt Injections

Some people are so reckless with their lives. Police in West Palm Beach, Florida are looking for more patients of Calvin "Tamieka" Butler, who performed butt injections on people out of his motel room -- yes, he lived at a motel -- at $200 a pop. The 44-year-old was arrested and charged with unlawful practice of health care profession causing great bodily harm now that two patients are hospitalized.
Officers say Butler used no gloves and wore plain clothes while performing the injections. One patient was taken to the hospital after she had open sores and oozing out of the injection sites. When she complained to Butler he told her to massage the areas and take a warm shower. When that didn't work and she began to have swollen lymph nodes and a fever, she went to the emergency room where she was admitted and treated for Lymphadenitis which is swelling of the lymph nodes caused by a bacterial infection. She spent six days in the hospital. A second patient has also been treated at an emergency room for open soars on his buttocks from the injections. Detectives say that patient is confined to his hospital bed because any movement will cause much pain and bleeding. According to a police report, the silicone used by Butler came from a Pedialyte bottle. He used Krazy Glue to seal the wounds. He told one patient on one occasion he got the silicone from a nurse at Florida Medical Center in Ft. Lauderdale, and on another occasion he got it from a woman named Debra in Miami.

Mom Chewed 1-year-old Son's Face Because She was Jealous of Him

Mother of the Year Lessielee Ann King is a monster. The 20-year-old from Houston is charged with felony injury to a child after she assaulted her 1-year-old son because she was jealous and thought his dad loved him more than her.
The father said on September 18, 2012, there were no bruises on his son when he put the baby to bed. But when he arrived home from work the next morning, he discovered a bite mark on the baby’s right cheek. That wasn’t the first time the child sustained such injuries, the father said. Afraid to leave the baby with King, the father told investigators he asked his friend to move in with them for a few months and to monitor King’s interactions with the child. The friend confirmed his suspicions. The friend said he did not think King had a motherly bond with the child because she showed no affection toward him. The friend also said he witnessed King slapping the baby “too hard” on the face, legs and arms, investigators said. The boy’s paternal grandmother told investigators she found severe bruising on the baby’s thigh in December 2011. The grandmother said she later learned later that King allegedly spanked the baby with a hard-soled sandal, but never reported the incident. The grandmother told investigators she felt King was “ornery and evil-spirited.” The child’s father said he believes King has an anger management problem and her jealousy was the reason for the abuse. He gave investigators an audio recording of King telling him that she thought he only loved their son, and not her. Investigators were also given photographs taken when the child was younger that showed significant bruising on his left eye and right thigh. When investigators asked King about the bite mark on the baby's cheek, she allegedly said she never meant to leave any marks on her son. She said the toddler’s face was just a little red after she “sucked” and “chewed” on his face. Charges were filed and her bail was set at $5,000.

Naked Man Breaks into Home to Steal TV -- Then Things Got Weird

A 21-year-old man is facing charges of damage to property, burglary, battery and resisting an officer after he was arrested Monday night after a bizarre chain of events in Fort Myers, Florida. According to a homeowner, he heard noises on his roof and went outside to investigate. At which time time the man on the room (that'll be 21-year-old Gregory Matthew Bruni) jumped off the room and onto the homeowner. Gregory then ran into the home and yanked a 72-inch TV from the wall. The homeowner's wife fired several shots, but missed and hit a wall. But that somehow turned on Gregory, who fell to the ground and began masturbating in the living room before he ran into the victims' son's bedroom and began rubbing his face with clothing. It's Florida! There's really no need to try to explain this.

Sidebar: Here's a photo of Gregory.

WATCH: President Barack Obama's 2013 Inauguration, Inaugural Balls

Barack Obama ceremonially took the oath of office this morning (he was officially sworn in Sunday, per the Constitution)...

... then delivered a truly progressive inaugural speech.

Mrs Carter, dripping om 130 carats of emeralds, slayed The Star-Spangled Banner. (Update: She lip-synced.)

At the luncheon following the swearing in, first lady Michelle Obama served up some mean eye rolls to house speaker John Boehner.

Then later in the night, the president and Michelle Obama (in a Jason Wu gown) were serenaded by Jennifer Hudson.

While we're not surprised, Jamie Foxx and another man sung Ray Charles' "I Can't Stop Loving You" to each other for vice president Joe Biden and second lady Dr Jill Biden. HUD!

Alicia Keys was there, too. She changed the words of her recent single to "Obama's on on Fire."

PS: If you want to see the complete 2013 inauguration ceremony, here it is:

Noted Obama Hater Lupe Fiasco Thrown Off Stage After Anti-Obama Rant at Pre-Inauguration Concert

Someone should've known that if you invite someone who has publicly called the president a "terrorist," then you shouldn't invite said person to an pre-inauguration concert of that president. Right? Well, apparently someone didn't do their homework and invited rapper Lupe Fiasco to perform at the StartUp RockOn's inauguration event Sunday night at The Hamilton in Washington. Thirty minutes into his anti-war song, "Words I Never Said," which criticized president Barack Obama, security showed up on stage and escorted Lupe -- who, we must say, looked quite pleased with himself -- out of the building.

Sidebar: HyperVocal, which organized the event, released this politiclly-correct statement: "Lupe Fiasco performed at this private event, and as you may have read, he left the stage earlier than we had planned. But Lupe Fiasco was not 'kicked off stage' for an 'anti-Obama rant.' We are staunch supporters of free speech, and free political speech. This was not about his opinions. Instead, after a bizarrely repetitive, jarring performance that left the crowd vocally dissatisfied, organizers decided to move on to the next act."

Man Stole Father's Body From Cemetery, Hoped to Resurrect Him Through Prayer

Vincent Bright -- a 48-year-old Detroit man -- remains behind bars after he was arrested on disinterment of a body charges after he stole the body of his 93-year-old father from a cemetery on Monday. Cops found Clarence Bright's remains stuffed inside a freezer in his Vincent's basement.
Bright's 48-year-old son reportedly told family members on Monday that he stole his father's body from Gethsemane Cemetery on the city's east side Monday morning to resurrect him through prayer, a Detroit Police source said. The son was taken into custody Tuesday morning along with a 38-year-old man after officers found the men on the city's east side in a white van containing the empty casket. Police didn't identify the men. [...] Bright's funeral was Saturday, but his body was being held in the cemetery's mausoleum because the ground was too wet for burial, according to investigators. [...] Bright's son made odd comments at the funeral, said Gwendolyn Coleman, a next-door neighbor of Bright's son. She said she has known him for about five years, since he has lived alone at the home at 4647 Eastlawn St., near East Warren and Chalmers. She said she didn't know Bright, but attended the funeral out of respect for the son. "At the funeral, he said, 'Y'all might think I'm great, y'all might think I'm great' -- everybody heard that at the funeral," said Coleman. "Then he said, 'Watch what I'm going to do, watch what I'm going to do.' Everybody heard that -- the whole family, too. We didn't think he was going to do nothing like that, though."

He faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted of the felony charge. For the mean time, he remains jailed on $75,000 bond. He will also undergo a mental evaluation to determine his level of crazy.
