Man Finds 'Whole Family Dead'

Police in Brunswick, Georgia have launched a murder investigation after 22-year-old Guy Heinze Jr. reported returning to his home in a trailer park to find seven members of his family (which included his father, uncle and cousins) killed last Saturday. (An eighth victim died in the hospital yesterday, while a ninth victim remains in critical condition.)

"My dad's dead, my uncle's dead. There's like six. My whole family's dead!" he told the 911 dispatcher. "It looks like they've been beaten to death. I don't know what to do, man."

Glynn County police did not say how the victims had been killed, but reports say they had been shot. The victims included children to adults in their 40s.

But get this: Guy, pictured, was arrested on charges of drug possession, tampering with evidence and lying to a police officer.

He has not been identified as a suspect, but police are not ruling him out, either.

There is a $25,000 reward for information.

Police acknowledge they don't know if the mass murderer is still out there, and urge residents to be cautious.

What?!

Update: Sept. 4:
Police has charged Guy with eight counts of first-degree murder. The police chief did not disclose what evidence they have that Guy committed the heinous crimes.

When Sarah Palin became a big quitter and gave up her job as governor of Alaska, many were wondering what she'll do next.

She's writing a book.

And from what her father, Chuck Heath, discloses, it's shaping up to be a snore fest.

"Sarah’s been out of town for almost a month now,” he said “I don’t know exactly where she is, but she’s writing her book. She e-mails me quite frequently. She asks, ‘Oh, what happened on June 13, 1978?’ This is material for her book.”

According to Politico, Sarah is asking dad "trivial" questions about sports, like how many points she scored during a basketball game.

If you recall, the last time we read something Sarah wrote, we were embarrassed for her.

Woman Undergoes Risky Surgery to Turn Brown Eyes Blue. Now She's Almost Blind

A British woman traveled to Panama with the hopes of turning her brown eyes light blue, but the surgery had to be reversed and now she may lose her sight.

"It was the biggest mistake I have ever made," Shenise Farrell, pictured above pre- and post-surgery, told the Daily Mail. "To think I could have never been able to see my children again. It was totally reckless of me.’

Despite being told by doctors and loved ones not to undergo the surgery that's not FDA approved (or approved in the UK) Shenise took all of her life savings handed over the $3,000 deposit and hightailed to Panama last June to a clinic run by Dr Delary Alberto Kahn, who invented the procedure called NewColorIris. (She told her family she was going on vacation.)

A silicon disk is introduced in the eye over the iris to obtain whatever eye color you wish. The colored silicon disk is implanted into the eye through microsurgery under topical anesthesia. The entire surgery costs about $8,000, plus travel expenses.

"The procedure was unpleasant and painful. I screamed out at one point. But it was over within ten minutes and I was taken back to my hotel with just some eye drops and told to buy my own painkillers," Shenise said.

Her vision remained blurry for eight days and, because she couldn't see, had to be helped through the airport terminal when arriving back in London. After four days of agony, she was in surgery to remove the implants.

Doctors say she may develop cataracts, glaucoma and may lose her sight completely in the future.

Man Rapes Then Kills Goat

An 18-year-old Filipino man has been arrested after he was caught having sex with a goat.

According to Rogie Calamaan, the goat had it coming. He said the goat was making sexual advances at him; It was in the "prone" position and took an "interest" in him.

So he proceeded to rape the goat and was stopped only the its owner walked in and broke up the party.

Reports are sketchy, but sometime either during or after the rape, the goat got strangled and died.

To his defense, Rogie was drunk. Does that make his actions less sick?

He must have taken cue from this fella who likes to have sex with "Sugar" the horse.

Report: Mariah Suffers Miscarriage

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon may have suffered a personal tragedy recently. According to sources who spilled the tea to the Enquirer, Mariah has canceled a slew of public events and pushed back the release of her new album because of a tragic miscarriage she suffered earlier this month.

"She had a heavier than normal period and she thought she was miscarrying," said a friend. "Mariah and Nick had been trying for a baby for a while, and the thought that she had lost the child just crushed her. She knows that at age 40 she would be a high-risk mom, and realizes that if she's going to start a family, she should do it now."

Last May friends it was reported that she was undergoing fertility treatments, and have been trying to have a child before her biological clock stops ticking.

"She is desperate to have a baby with Nick," said her friend. "That fear is just consuming her. She can't get it out of her head that something is going to go wrong. It is making her miserable."

We're not sure how true this story is (although the Enquirer has been pretty accurate of late), but we wish her the best.

Have you ever seen Usher act? It's not pretty.

We were minding our business when we came across this video from the 2008 season finale of Saturday Night Live, where he was the musical guest. Someone -- probably his publicist -- thought it was a great idea for him to sit in on Weekend Update and try his hand at comedy, but not surprisingly he sucked and the bit was never aired.

It's a painfully unfunny two minutes, during which he says he has a crush on Queen Elizabeth and implies that he pleasures himself to "The Golden Girls."

Designer Thierry Mugler Sued Over Unpaid Bill for Beyoncè's Costumes

You've probably already heard the drama, but we've got some more details for you.

Former Project Runway contestant Chris March (pictured, left) is suing designer Thierry Mugler for allegedly not paying him for work he did on Beyoncé's fabulous costumes. (Beyoncè is not being sued.)

Chris told New York magazine he's been working with Thierry for more than seven years, building various costumes and last November he was tapped to work on Beyoncè's "I Am..." tour costumes, which Thierry designed.

"Thierry doesn’t have a theatrical background so I was hired to make sure the costumes were usable for stage purposes." For example, March had to figure out how to attach a harness to the costume Beyoncé wears when she flies through the air. He also had to make sure her costumes would keep her lovely lady lumps in place. "So many things need to be taken into consideration with her because she dances so" — he paused to find the right word — "wildly," he chuckled. "So she gets onstage and she’s like, 'I gotta move and I gotta dance.' And wow."

When he met Beyoncè, he was starstruck (who wouldn't be, right), but he was able to contain the excitement and get to work.

"One of the first things I did for [Beyoncé] was put her in a special corset and wrap her in aluminum foil and then wrap a warm plastic around her until it dries," he explained of the diva corset-production process. That plastic form helps the costume creators mold certain clothing articles to her body. "There’s one that’s a huge wire frame that’s covered in stretch mesh and trimmed in feathers. There’s one that’s molded apoxy that lights up like a motorcycle theme," Chris said of the various looks the plastic mold was used for. "It's a messy process." Since Beyoncé couldn't make every fitting, the team hired a body double to fill in for her.

Chris made the March 26 deadline and shipped the costumes to Edmonton, Canada in time for Beyoncè's first show, but when Chris submitted his final invoice the next day, he said "Thierry left for Paris without paying anybody."

Beyoncè paid Thierry, but he, in turn, never paid Chris. Now he is suing Thierry for the $43,500 he says he's owed.

DJ AM is Dead After Apparent Drug Overdose

THIS JUST IN via AP:

DJ AM, the sought-after disc jockey who became a celebrity in his own right with high-profile romances and a glamorous lifestyle, was found dead Friday at his apartment, which had drug paraphernalia in it, a law enforcement official said. He was 36.

Paramedics had to break down the door to his Manhattan apartment before they found his body at about 5:20 p.m., the official told The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because family hadn't been notified. There was no evidence of foul play, the official said.

DJ AM, whose real name was Adam Goldstein, had talked openly about past addictions to crack cocaine, Ecstasy and other drugs, but he claimed he had been drug-free for years.

He died nearly a year after surviving a South Carolina plane crash that killed four people and seriously injured rock musician Travis Barker.

He was a deejay for hire who performed at Hollywood's most exclusive parties and was admired by music aficionados. He also was famous for past relationships with the reality TV star Nicole Richie, the daughter of singer Lionel Richie, and with actress-singer Mandy Moore.

Are You Sitting Down?

Well, the Los Angeles County coroner just released his partial report that says Michael Jackson's death was a homicide primarily caused by two drugs.

Shocking, right?

This merely confirms the report we published earlier this week. In the statement, the coroner said the cause of death was acute intoxication from the anesthetic propofol. Other sedatives contributed to the death, most notably lorazepam.

The coroner didn't release Jackson's full autopsy report, citing an ongoing security hold at the request of Los Angeles authorities.

Perv Convicted of Sexually Assauting Teens Won't Go to Prison Because He Has a Heart Condition

A sexual pervert has been sparred jail time for molesting several teenage girls because he has a bad heart.

What?

Keith Ogunsola, pictured, an English school teacher, was found guilty of sexual assault. Several students, between the ages of 14 and 15, said he asked them if they've given their boyfriends a professional and touched them inapprorpately -- and then there was this - he forced his old, dusty tongue down the throat of one of those young girls.

"He put his arms around my waist and said "do you want a kiss?" the girl testified. "He pulled me close and then kissed me and put his tongue in my mouth. I pushed him away. He pulled me really close. He was holding my wrists and he kissed me again."

While the 44-year-old was sexually assaulting her, he asked, "Aren't you supposed to be my Valentine?"

To which the girl responded: "...You have got a wife and kids and I have got a boyfriend."

"Dump your boyfriend," she said he told her. "He used to ask about my boyfriend. When I said my friend is coming to school today, he asked "Are you trying to make me jealous?

After being found guilty by a jury he was sentenced to only three months in prison. The judge also barred him from every stepping foot in a classroom again and he was added to the sex offenders' registry for five years.

The judge will review whether he is fit to serve prison in a year.

First a mass murder in the likes of Abdelbaset Ali al-Megrahi, who was recently released from a Scottish prison because he has terminal prostate cancer, now this sick bastard.

Kandi and AJ Call Off Engagement

It's official -- and not so unexpected -- Kandi Burruss and her fiancè AJ Jewell aren't getting married.

After making not so subtle hints about the status of their engagement, Kandi was on “The Frank & Wanda Morning Show" in Atlanta last week where she told listeners she and AJ are "on hiatus.”

If you recall, during the taping of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" Kandi said they were only together for "seven to eights months now." Plus, her mother was not feeling him -- especially because he has six kids with four different women.

Also during the interview with Frank and Wanda, Kandi admitted that AJ once dated Tiny, her former Xscape bandmate and TI's baby's mother, according to the folks over at Clutch magazine.

Muslims Barred From Attending Black Eyed Peas Concert

Last week we reported that a 32-year-old Muslim woman was to be caned/beaten/flogged after she was caught drinking a beer, now news, also coming out of Malaysia, says Muslims are barred from attending a Black Eyed Peas concert being held Sept. 25.

Why? We presume because the show is sponsored by Guinness, the liquor company. (The concert is one of five, being held around the world, celebrating Guinness' 250th anniversary.)

On the Malaysian concert's Web site, organizers say the show is for non-Muslims only and to make sure of that visitors must answer this question: "Are you a non-Muslim aged 18 years and above?" If you answer "No", then you're blocked from accessing the site any further.

This lends to the question: Since 55% of the Malaysian population is Muslim, why are organizers staging the concert in that country? And what's next? Airplanes for Muslims only?

Debbie Rowe Called The Cops on Dr Klein

Debbie Rowe allegedly reported Michael Jackson's doctor Arnold Klein to the police.

Michael's ex-wife anonymously informed officers the dermatologist was supplying the late singer with prescription drugs - including the powerful anesthetic Propofol, which has been blamed for his death - using a number of different aliases.

Court documents show an "unknown female caller" - believed to be Debbie - told police Michael used names including Omar Arnold, Fernand Diaz, Peter Madonie and Josephine Baker when he saw Klein, to allow the doctor to prescribe him extra drugs.

"Rowe holds Klein totally responsible for Jackson's drug addiction. She believes there is no way he could have got hooked without the help of Klein - and she is potentially the only one who can prove it. She must have suspected what was going on for years," a source told the Sun newspaper:

When police searched Michael's Los Angeles home in June, they discovered a prescription issued by Dr Klein for an Omar Arnold.

Earlier this week, the Los Angeles County coroner's report found Michael had died of a cardiac arrest on June 25 caused by a cocktail of drugs - including lethal levels of Propofol - he had been administered to help him sleep.

Alleged wife murderer and now deceased Ryan Jenkins was a sex pervert with a strong appetite for women - and guns, according to his friends who spilled the tea to the Enquirer.

In-Laws Sue Comedian For Making Fun of Them in Her Act

The in-laws of comedian Sunda Croonquist are suing her for making fun of them in her act.

The lawsuit was filed by mother-in-law Ruth Zafrin, her daughter, Shelley Edelman, and Shelley's husband, Neil, and claims Sunda is spreading false, defamatory and racist lies, reports the AP.

Sunda, pictured above with husband and mother-in-law, is half-black, half-Swedish, and converted to Judaism before she met her husband and jokes about growing around these cultures as part of her stand up.

For instance:
Or her first visit to her mother-in-law's house: "I walk in, I say, 'Thank you so much for having me here, Ruthie.' She says, 'The pleasure's all mine, have a seat.'" Then, in a loud aside, 'Harriet, put my pocketbook away.'"

Doing her sister-in-law during their first meeting (and in a New Jersey accent the lawsuit notes Croonquist has said sounds "like a cat in heat"): "Oh my Gawd, look at her, she's got light eyes and light hair. What kind of black person is she?"

Dwight Eubanks Gets Eaten By a Tuna

Qaadir ran into Dwight Eubanks of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" fame, who was flanked by eight (really, eight) handlers in Atlanta. He respected Dwight, whom he believed to be a "freshwater tuna" much like himself, so Qaadir thought the opportunity to chat with the reality TV "star" would be a learning experience. Instead, the tuna turned into a catfish and was giving him fever.

"He kept giving me fever," Qaadir says. "So first of all I gave him a little cap of NyQuil, but I had to up the ante on that ass because that didn't cure the common cold, so I needed to get all my motherf**ing artillery. So I went to get some DayQuil, some Advil, Tylenol PM, AM, motherf**ing ZM."

Someone got their hands on this video that allegedly shows Michael Jackson jumping out of the medical examiner's van that was transporting his corpse.

According to the person who uploaded the footage: "This video shows that Michael was still alive after his dead body was transported to the Los Angeles Dept. of Coroner I checked the license plate number and it looks like the King of Pop is jumping out of the same van, his dead body has been in. I got the original video tape from a trustworthy source. I know him for years. And I am sure it´s real and Michael is alive."

Splaboo Claims Michael Jackson Asked Her to Carry His Fourth Child

As we've said repeatedly, this Michael Jackson circus will go on forever.

The latest clown to enter the big top: A British "splaboo" (that's what Michael reportedly called Black people), who says she's been a friend with the late singer since 1998, claims Michael asked her to carry his child during a telephone conversation last October.

According to the Daily Mail, who reported the story, Susan Etok, 32, said Michael spoke incessantly about having another daughter and had already picked out a name -- Josephine Martha.

Susan said she joked about having a child instead of waiting around for "Mr Right" and to her amazement Michael said: "Let's do that."

"I was stunned," she said. "We looked at loads of different things, how it was going to work, the mechanics of it. He was fixated on my genes, he liked the fact that I came from an intelligent family of academics."

But alas, she reneged.

"I never got to the point where I agreed with anything, it was literally just conversations. To be honest with you, I don't think it's something that I would have agreed to," she said.

Susan has a PhD and says she's studying to become a patent lawyer.

Yesterday we reported that Michael was recruiting eggs and sperm from Hollywood's elite to build the "ideal-looking" child, so maybe - perhaps - Susan was the likely recipient.

Sen. Ted Kennedy Dies After Battle With Cancer

Sen. Edward M. Kennedy died late Tuesday after battling brain cancer, which was diagnosed in May 2008. He was 77.

His family announced his death in a brief statement released this morning.

"We've lost the irreplaceable center of our family and joyous light in our lives, but the inspiration of his faith, optimism, and perseverance will live on in our hearts forever," the statement said. "We thank everyone who gave him care and support over this last year, and everyone who stood with him for so many years in his tireless march for progress toward justice, fairness and opportunity for all."

For nearly a half-century in the Senate, Kennedy was a steadfast champion of the working class and the poor, a powerful voice on health care, civil rights, and war and peace. Chris Brown Sentenced to 5 Years Probation, Hard Labor for Rihanna Beatdown

Yea, we know, this was scheduled for Thursday, but at the last minute Chris Brown's sentencing for beating the daylight out of Rihanna (he plead guilty last June), was moved up to this afternoon.

The judge sentenced Chris to five years' probation and six months' community labor and fined $2,500.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg warned Chris that he could be sent to state prison if he violated any terms of his sentence, including an order to stay away from Rihanna for the next five years, which the two were vigorously trying to do away with.

He will serve his sentence in Virginia and his community labor will be overseen by the chief of police in Richmond.

The judge said she wanted to ensure that he performs physical labor instead of community service, such as mentoring young people.

Police investigating the beatdown that occurred last February "learned of two earlier incidents related to domestic violence that went unreported," according to the probation report.

The first occurred in Europe in November 2008. Chris and Rihanna got into an argument. Rihanna slapped him and he responded by shoving her into a wall. The second incident occurred in Barbados (Rihanna's country of birth) last January, three weeks before the February beatdown that landed him in court (and Rihanna in the hospital). According to the report, the two got into another verbal altercation while traveling in a rented Range Rover. Enraged, Chris exited the vehicle then broke the front driver and passenger side windows.

Wendy's Producer Apologizes for Offending Drag Queen

When drag queen Ericktoure Aviance showed up for a taping of Wendy's TV show this month to "feel it, feel it, feel it", she was gawked at and warned, by producers, to stay far away from the cameras or she will be kicked out.

The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) got wind of the incident and was ON IT!, now a producer from the show is officially apologizing.

In the statement to GLAAD, Lonnie Burstein, Executive Vice President, Programming & Production said:

“Much of the success of The Wendy Williams Show is due to our incredibly diverse and colorful audience and we all agree that fashion is a true form of self expression. But in an attempt to explain and enforce our show’s dress code, I was not as sensitive as I could have been to Ericka, the LGBT community or drag’s long history of being a target of discrimination. And for that, I sincerely apologize as it was never my intention to offend in any way.”

The show had no choice but to apologize -- especially with GLAAD on the case.

Usher's Divorce From What's Her Face Finalized

Usher is single and so is his baby's mama (What's Her Face?) whom he surprised with divorce papers last June.

According to BV Buzz' Jawn Murray, a settlement has "has been finalized and an agreement was reached in a pre-court settlement."

No information of the settlement was revealed and neither Usher or What's Her Face are talking, but Jawn does say Usher will take care of their two children.

Plaxico Burress Explains How He Shot Himself

In an interview, which airs tonight on ESPN, Plaxico Burress, explains how he was able to carry a loaded handgun into a NYC nightclub, shoot himself in the leg and, as a result is now a felon who will serve 2 years in prison.

According to Plaxico, security at the Latin Quarter nightclub patted him down and knew that he had a gun.

"It wasn't like I was trying to hide it," Plaxico said. "I go into this place and go through the security -- they know I have it and they pat me down and they said 'OK,' and they let me in with it."

As he was walking upstairs to the VIP room, he missed a step and the gun began to slide down his pantleg. As he reached to stop it from hitting the ground - like in a slow motion action sequence, no doubt - he accidentally pulled the trigger through his pants.

Plaxico says no one heard the gun shot and he didn't realize he was shot until he noticed that his shoes were drenched in blood.

It was at that time he told teammate Antonio Pierce to take him to the emergency room and we all know how that turned out.

Poor thing, he didn't even make it to the VIP room.

Test: Female Runner's Testosterone Level Was Abnormal

Caster Semenya's gender, as you know, is in question.

Now, according to a report, tests conducted before the World Championships (where Caster won gold in the 800 meters) showed she "had three times the normal female level of testosterone in her body" and that elevated level caused concerned and resulted in the full-blown "gender verification."

But also according to the British Telegraph:

"...the head coach of the South African team is Dr Ekkart Arbeit, the former East German coach who was accused by a female athlete of giving her so many anabolic steroids that she was forced to undergo a sex-change operation and live the rest of her life as a man."

Heidi Krieger, who underwent surgery in 1997 and now lives in Germany as Andreas Krieger, has always blamed Dr Arbeit for the role he played in supervising her drug regime under East Germany’s state-sponsored doping program.

For the record, Dr Arbeit admits injecting East German athletes with performance-enhancing drugs for two decades beginning in the 1970s, but says since 1989 "his coaching methods are now clean."

The results of Caster's test won't be known for several weeks.

The circus that is Michael Jackson's life never ends -- even in death.

Someone who've known the Jackson family for more than 16 years told the News of the World, Michael wanted "ideal-looking" children and would even "beg" Hollywood's ideal-looking celebrities for their sperm and eggs so he, in turn, can create his own children in a test-tube.

"Michael is not the father of a single one of the children in the biological way, but in chemical terms he oversaw their creation as a dad," the source said. "Michael wanted his kids to be the best in every possible way and that prompted him to take the laboratory route instead of leaving nature to take its course. He was adamant that the children should come from intelligent, respected and - most importantly - healthy genes. He feared passing on vitiligo - the hereditary skin condition that turned Jacko's skin from black to white. His drug problems also played a major role as he knew his sperm may be damaged."

According to the report, Blanket's surrogate mother is a Mexican nurse, Helena. She carried another woman's fertilized egg and donated sperm.

"Michael asked many of his friends to help donate their eggs and sperm from 1994 to 1997, and then he chose two each time for his babies. Added into the mix were anonymous donors who he felt came from good stock," the source said.

Michael's former nanny, Adrian McManus, who is not a doctor, said the singer would've been unable to have children due to a damaged reproductive systems stemming from years of drug abuse.

"He had the powerful drug Accutane in his room. When I read the label it revealed it could damage fetuses," she said.

Adrian said Michael was obsessed with Adolf Hitler, collected Nazi medals and scoured books about evil experiments on prisoners at Auschwitz.

Girl Arrested for Slapping Man

The father of a 10-year-old British girl is raging mad after his daughter was arrested, fingerprinted and thrown in jail for two hours.

Shannon Blake was taken into custody after she slapped a man who wouldn't allow her to pet his dog.

"Shannon had been playing in the BMX park when she went to stroke this man's dog," dad Michael told the Daily Mail newspaper. "He shouted at her so she slapped him and gave him a push. My daughter has never been in trouble before. She's a bit of a tomboy but that's it."

Police say they received an emergency call from a local at the park claiming 20 young kids were attacking a man walking his dog. An officer assessed the situation and then arrested Shannon with two other boys, ages 16 and 15.

"It seems absolutely ridiculous, she was treated like a criminal," Michael continued. "I never received any information about it until more than two hours later. They locked her in a cell with a bucket if she wanted to use the toilet. They took her shoes away and the strings of her trousers. They finger-printed her and took her photo and then gave her a sandwich and half a cup of cold tea. It's absolutely appalling they can treat a 10-year-old in that way - what they did was really heavy-handed. What are they doing putting cuffs on a young girl? They should have just brought her home to me and I would have dealt with it."

We're with the police on this one. Even in the photo above, little Shannon looks like trouble.

Michael Jackson's Death Ruled a Homicide, Lethal Drugs Found in System

Michael Jackson died of lethal levels of the powerful anaesthetic propofol, according a search warrant affidavit.

The LA County Coroner's officials found the drug after examining the singer's body.

Dr Conrad Murray told detectives he gave Michael the drug to treat insomnia, according to the AP.

The affidavit says Dr Murray told a Los Angeles police officer he administered several drugs to Michael the day he died, including 25 milligrams of the sedative, which he gave intravenously.

The affidavit says Dr Murray never ordered, purchased or received any of the propofol but that the doctor found about eight bottles of it in Jackson's home along with numerous other vials and pills.

The autopsy report remains sealed while police complete their investigation.

A search warrant affidavit says Michael Jackson had lethal levels of the powerful anesthetic propofol in his system when he died.

Update: A law enforcement official tells The Associated Press that the Los Angeles County coroner has ruled Michael Jackson's death a homicide.

The finding makes it more likely criminal charges will be filed against the doctor who was with the pop star when he died.

The official says the coroner determined a fatal combination of drugs was given to Jackson hours before he died in his rented Los Angeles mansion on June 25. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because the findings have not been publicly released.

Wanted Reality TV Star Commits Suicide

Ryan Jenkins, the reality show contestant wanted in the brutal killing of ex-wife Jasmine Fiore, hanged himself in a remote Canadian motel.

He was accused of killing Jasmine, a model whose body was so badly mutilated when found in a trash bin outside Los Angeles it had to be identified by her breast implants' serial numbers. He evaded a massive international manhunt for days as he crossed from California into his native Canada.

On Sunday evening, police responded to a call from motel staff about a dead person, and then called investigators who were part of the manhunt for Jenkins, said Sgt. Duncan Pound of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police border integrity unit.

The manager of The Thunderbird Motel and his nephew said they found Ryan hanging from the bar of a coat rack by a belt. They said a young woman had checked him in to the two-story inn surrounded by trees.

Kevin Walker, who manages the motel, said Ryan and the mystery woman arrived Thursday in a Chrysler PT Cruiser with tinted windows and license plates from Alberta, Ryan's home province. He stayed in the car while the woman checked them in, he said.

She was blonde, in her early 20s and "naturally pretty, one of those wholesome little ladies," he said.

Kevin said the woman paid cash for three nights' stay.

"He stayed in the car far, far away from the front of the office," he said. "I didn't think nothing of it because it's just a couple checking in."

Kevin said he never saw the woman again.

"I didn't see her leave, but apparently the tenant in No. 1 (next to Ryan's room) said she only stuck around for about 20 minutes," he said.

Adam Curt, a motel employee, said Ryan "looked stressed out," adding: "He wouldn't look anybody in the eye."

Kevin said he didn't recognize the man although Ryan's face had been all over the news.

The motel manager said when the couple didn't check out, he unlocked the room and found Ryan dead.

"I cracked the door and there he was, hanging there in front of me, feet touching" the floor, Kevin said. "He definitely wanted to die. I smelt death."

Michelle Beck, who lives near the motel, said people who stay there are "kind of seedy - lots of drugs addicts and people down on their luck."

“I was happy that he killed himself,” Robert Hasman, a former boyfriend Jasmine told The Today Today.

Man Pretends to Be His Identical Twin Brother Then Rapes His Girlfriend

Are you a twin and secretly fantasized about sleeping with your twin brother's girlfriend?

Um, well, a Connecticut man did just that and now he's facing rape charges.

According to police, 25-year-old Jared Rohrig, pictured, posed as Joe Rohrig, his identical twin brother, to engage in a sexual encounter with his brother's girlfriend on July 19.

The woman has been dating Joe since March, and on July 19 she spoke on the phone with someone she believed was him and agreed to meet at his house, according to a search warrant.

When she arrived, she got into the hot tub with the Jared -- whom she believed was Joe -- began kissing him and agreed to go to an upstairs bedroom with him.

But as they were having sex she noticed something missing: the cowboy tattoo on Joe's left ass cheek was not there.

The woman "immediately began to cry and asked him where his tattoo went. The male replied that he had never had a tattoo and told her that she must have hooked up with his brother who had a tattoo. She realized at this point that this was not the person that she had previously had sexual relations with," said the warrant.

She told police that she got out of bed and tried to leave, but the Jared "grabbed her arms and threw her on the bed, where she continued to cry," and he continued to rape her, the warrant states.

Jared eventually drove the woman home, but could not find the way, even though Joe had previously visited there several times, she told police.

He told her Joe who had a steady girlfriend, did not want to meet her that day, but "he told me to go for it."

She told police she later received a text message from Joe's cell phone, the same one Jared had allegedly used to speak with her earlier, and the message read: "I want to apologize for what my brother did last night. I had no idea what was going on until this morning."

Jared surrendered to police Friday and posted $50,000 bond. He is to be arraigned on charges of first-degree sexual assault and criminal impersonation Sept. 8.

Oops, did we forget to mention: Jared is a police officer!

He has been on paid administrative leave from the force since July 23, pending the outcome of an internal investigation.

$25,000 Reward Offered for Arrest of Reality TV Star Turned Murder Suspect

A reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of a reality TV contestant accused of killing his ex-wife, removing her teeth and fingers, and stuffing her body in a suitcase.

The US Marshals Service said up to $25,000 will be paid for information on Ryan Alexander Jenkins, who may be in his native Canada.

Ryan, who appeared on VH1's "Megan Wants a Millionaire" and "I Love Money 3 (which has since been pulled from the air and canceled, respectively) is charged with murdering Jasmine Fiore, whom he met and married in March after filming for "Megan" wrapped. The marriage was annulled, but they were still dating, according to reports.

Jamsine was last seen alive Aug. 13 and her nude, mutilated body was found in a trash bin last Saturday.

Journalist Ian Halperin wrote in his new Michael Jackson biography that the singer had several gay lovers (one alleged lover went public with his story this week) and would often dress in drag "to meet a male construction worker he had fallen in love with" at a grungy, rat-infested motel.

Today Ian published the above photo of a person he said is Michael wearing women's clothing.

Here's what Ian wrote in an article for the Daily Mail newspaper last June.

He had served Jackson at a restaurant, Jackson made his interest plain and the two slept together the following night. According to the waiter, Jackson fell in love.

But this lover produced corroboration in the form of photographs of the two of them together, and a witness.

LaToya Jackson, who cited "circumstances" surrounding the death of her brother Michael as the reason why she's not cha-chaing on the next season of Dancing With the Stars, may not have been telling the complete truth.

According to PopTarts, LaToya was looking to get paid and ultimately ABC told her to go kick rocks.

"They really wanted her, but she wanted way too much money," an insider said. "It was ridiculous, too far out of the ballpark."

This is not far-fetched. AT. ALL.

The "stars" are paid a base salary of $125,000 just for showing up and for weeks one and two. After that: $10,000 for weeks three and fou; $20,000 for weeks five, six and seven; $30,000 through weeks nine; and $50,000 for the semi-finals and finals.

Well, that's what Shawn Johnson made.

And certainly, since Latoya is a lot bigger "star" (not) she wanted a whole lot more.

In other Jackson news: Janet is reportedly writing a tell-all book.

“She is going to talk about Michael’s death and how it’s affected her and his children and the rest of the family,” a source told In Touch magazine. “But a lot of it will also focus on her battle with self-esteem and weight.”

The book will be published in early 2010 to coincide with the release of her new album.

Actor Who Sold Illegal Social Security Numbers Is Going to Prison

Antwon Tanner, the actor who was arrested last April for illegally selling Social Security numbers for $10,000, has changed his plea.

In a Brooklyn, NY federal court this morning, Antwon plead guilty to the charges.

Although the maximum for selling Social Security numbers is 10 years in jail and a $250,000 fine, his likely sentence under federal sentencing guidelines would be between 6 and 12 months, according to prosecutors. They said there was no evidence that the numbers were actually used to defraud anyone.

He is also under investigation in California in unrelated charges.

Sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 20.

Michael Jackson's Burial Postponed - Again

If you were planning on attending Michael Jackson's burial on Aug. 29 -- on what have been the singer's birthday -- there has been a change of plans.

According to a spokesman, the burial has been push back to Sept. 3.

No official word was been given for the delay, but you can expect someone - somewhere - is fighting over money.

Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush Holed up in New Orleans

It appears that Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush are willing to give their relationship another try -- or, at least, talk about it.

Amidst allegations both were cheating, Reggie still wants her back and Kim is willing to hear what he has to say. The two have been inseparable in New Orleans, according to FOX411.

"Reggie is training, and Kim will stay in the house he asked her to move into before they broke up," said a source. "Reggie is doing his best to convince Kim to give him another shot. They spent last weekend together, holed up at his house, only going out publicly to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse on Monday. Kim had a hotel room, but she hardly stayed in it."

The source added that Reggie is completely in enamoured with Kim and is willing to do whatever it takes to win her back, but because he's tethered in New Orleans and she's always traveling (doing whatever she does), the relationship may still not work out.

"Kim's family loves Reggie. He's a great guy and treats Kim like a princess. Of course he and Bruce (Jenner, Kim's stepfather) get along because they are athletes, but the women all love him, too. Khloe and Kourtney liked him because he always made Kim happy and he wasn't overly demanding. He is okay with her career, but he would like to see her more because he loves her. If he could, he would go to her, but obviously football, his other passion and his job, keeps him in New Orleans. Kim travels constantly and is not ready to tie herself down for the six months of football season, but they are talking and working on compromise. Kim will have to bend a little, but Reggie wants her back, so he'll probably concede the most. Kim still has strong feelings for Reggie - there is a lot of love still between them."

Kim Zolciak: 'I Don't Date Black Men'

In an interview with Essence, Kim Zolciak of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" fame, pictured above arriving at a Jersey airport last night, wanted to set the record straight: She doesn't date black men. (But dating married men, is just OK.)

Also in that interview she referred to Dallas Austin as "trivial." Why? Well, over on Twitter, Dallas wrote this about Kim: "High priced hookers on on a tv show for screwing married men.. and getting Kandi to sing for u ain't gonna work either."

We brought that up because Kim released her single yesterday, which now has us questioning whether if it's her singing, Kandi singing, or just the Auto-Tune? Dallas should know, right?

Plaxico Burress is Going to Prison

Former New York Giant Plaxico Burress, 31, pleaded guilty Thursday to a weapons charge and agreed to a two-year prison term for accidentally shooting himself at a New York nightclub.

The ex-wide receiver pleaded guilty to one count of attempted criminal possession of a weapon, a lesser charge than he initially faced. Under a plea agreement, he agreed to a two-year prison sentence and two years probabtion.

He was indicted earlier this month on two counts of criminal possession of a weapon and one count of reckless endangerment. He faced a minimum sentence of 3 1/2 years if convicted at a trial.

With time off for good behavior the sentence could be reduced to 20 months.

He will be officially sentenced Sept. 22.

Plaxico and teammate Antonio Pierce were at the Latin Quarter nightclub in late November when a gun tucked into Plaxico's waistband slipped down his leg and fired, shooting him in the right thigh. The bullet narrowly missed a nightclub security guard who was standing inches away, prosecutors said, lodged in the floor and was recovered by a bartender.

The gun was not licensed in New York or in New Jersey, where he lived, prosecutors said. His license to carry a concealed weapon in the state of Florida had expired in May 2008.

Antonio then drove Plaxico to a hospital, then took the gun to his own home in New Jersey where it was later delivered to Plaxico's home.

Well, we don't entirely know if that headline is true, but from what we witnessed last week, if we were Brooke, we would be pretty terrified, too.

According to Poptarts, Brooke was scheduled to perform in New York last Saturday but pulled out at the "last minute after suffering anxiety attacks, along with some other medical ailments."

Medical ailments?

Papa Hulk Hogan, who was scheduled to host the event, also canceled and rushed to Brooke's side. (A little extra security never hurts, right?)

“Brooke is incredibly sensitive,” a friend said. “She really cares about everyone around her and takes on a lot.”

We hope she learned her lesson: Keep Beyonce's name out of her mouth or risk another "Stan-pede." The stans are vicious!

Amy Winehouse May Be Snorting Coke Again!

After returning from a extended holiday on St Lucia and winning an assault suit, singer Amy Winehouse was the picture of health.

But, the above photo (take this week) coupled with her erratic behavior, has people wondering: First, what the eff is that under her nose, and secondly, is she losing it?

While partying with friends including David Gest (yes, that David Gest), she stumbled out of a bar looking dazed and confused, reports the Daily Mail.

She had a wet stain on the front of her T-shirt, teary eyes, spotty red skin and traces of what looked like a mystery substance in her right nostril - and had to be helped to her car, the paper reported.

"Everyone's been saying that Amy's on the mend, but her behavior was very worrying," one onlooker said. "She didn't seem to know what was going on and didn't seem able to walk on her own. People were effectively holding her upright."

Perhaps she was drunk, but did she fall into a bag of flour on her way out of the bar? Or did she did a quick hit of stolen cocaine?

Cops: Dr Conrad Murray Will Be Charged With Manslaughter

We knew when Dr Conrad Murray released his "thank-you" video message yesterday, he was doing so because he got wind of the police closing in and that he will be officially charged with killing Michael Jackson. The well-scripted speech was a PR ploy.

We were right.

According to a law enforcement, the good doctor will be charged with manslaughter (and not second degree murder) within the next two weeks.

Cops are said to have decided to execute one more search warrant at an LA pharmacy in an attempt to find more evidence against him.

Criminal charges related to medical malpractice are also likely against Dr Arnold Klein, the Michael's longtime dermatologist and plastic surgeon, according to Fox.

Let's hope Dr Murray doesn't bail town or does something really stupid.
