Yep, definitely dehydration and exhaustion!





And we're staying in Texas. Why not. Two "harmful" (what?!!!) guys were filming a video outside of a Walmart in Houston when a camera-shy security guard pulled out his Taser and threatened to use it. According to the YouTuber: "The men where (sic) later hand-cuffed to be arrested but released after another cop came to their rescue. The incident was only resolved after the cop tried to bribe and threaten the men to ERASE this footage or go to JAIL...."

Meanwhile, in Croatia, Radmila Kus is making a fortune by knitting made-to-order penis warmers. "Local men here wore these for centuries. Raffles Van Exel: I DID NOT Clean Up Cocaine From Whitney Houston's Death Scene

As we mentioned last week, the story surrounding Whitney Houston's death is far from over. Even though the coroner has released the late singer's cause of death as an accidental drowning which was precipitated by cocaine use immediately prior, the Beverly Hills Police Department is still investigating. Everyone is wondering: Why were there no traces of cocaine in the room when cops arrived and who disposed of the evidence? Now, it's being reported that a dealer delivered $1000 worth of cocaine (known as a "g pack") to Whitney's suite at the Beverly Hilton hours before she was found dead in the bathtub. It's also being reported that the late singer's "close friends" spent 15 minutes removing cocaine and/or cocaine paraphernalia from the hotel suite before 911 was called. Just this week media outlets are claiming Raffles Van Exel, the hanger-on who allegedly sold Whitney's casket photo the National Enquirer, admitted to the clean up. In the interview appearing in a Dutch newspaper, the 32-year-old is translated as saying: "Someone had to do it. The room was empty." That doesn't seem like he's admitting to destroying evidence. He's refused to clarify his comments, but since he has a direct line to the Enquirer -- you know, because he allegedly sold them that casket photo and has allegedly sold them stories -- he gave them an interview explaining himself and denying he cleaned up the drugs. In fact, he said by the time he showed up at the suite, there was no cocaine or weed anywhere. He also told the tabloid four people were in the room before he arrived -- Whitney's brother Gary, his wife Pat, Whitney's personal assistant Mary Jones and hairstylist Tiffanie Dixon.

"That's ridiculous," van Exel told The Enquirer. "I did get a call from a station (in Holland) a couple of days ago after Whitney died and spoke about her death in generalities. But of course I didn't say that." However, he did admit to being in Whitney's suite before authorities arrived. "I came into Whitney's room just before the police and paramedics did," he said. "I don't know what drugs were there, but the place was clean when I arrived. Only after the police had gone and Whitney's body had been removed did I help her brother Gary and wife Pat pack up Whitney's clothes and other possessions. That was the only so-called 'clean-up' I was involved in, and it had nothing to do with drugs. All three of us were shock then. We were crying. We couldn't believe that our beautiful Whitney was gone."

We keep going back to that interview with Oprah in which Pat said she will "always" "protect" Whitney. Listen, we're not saying she cleaned up the drugs. We weren't there and don't know a thing. If Raffles is to believed, one of the four others in the room must have cleaned up the cocaine, no?


UPDATE, March 30: The folks over at TMZ are reporting that LAPD officers did recover "white, powdery remnants" from the Beverly Hilton hotel room where Whitney died. Tests done on that substance proved it's cocaine. According to the site, "cops are in the final stages of their investigation, but they are not focusing on anyone who possibly removed cocaine, because authorities are in possession of the goods." This is interesting because we recall investigators (or someone throughout the investigation) say no drugs (or drug paraphernalia) was recovered from the room. Interesting.

Man Shoots Mowhawked Woman He Thought Was a Bird

Redheads need to stay out of the wild, apparently.

A 49-year-old Grand Junction man who said he shot a woman in the head when he mistook her large red Mohawk for a fowl that had been harassing his cats, has been sentenced to five years probation. Derrill Rockwell told police he fired one shot at what he thought was a bird sitting on a hill near his home Oct. 5, and soon after, he heard a woman moaning in pain. Prosecutors said the "bird" turned out to be a 23-year-old woman who may have been sleeping on the hill. Her injury was not life threatening. Rockwell was sentenced Friday for felony possession of a weapon by a prior offender. Prosecutors said the woman, who is believed to be a transient, has left Colorado and could not be reached to testify.

Dennis Rodman Cries Poor, Asks Judge to Lower Child Support Payments

Remember several weeks ago we picked up a National Enquirer story about a homeless-looking Dennis Rodman playing in traffic then hitched a ride with a woman in Florida only to suffer a "drug overdose" after shooting up heroin in her passenger seat? Well, this story has nothing to do with that (or does it?), but the NBA hall of famer is petitioning the court to reduce his child and spousal support payments to something he can afford -- which is basically $0.00. More money for vodka -- and allegedly heroin and cocaine. HEEYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Former NBA badboy Dennis Rodman says he’s sick and broke and unable to pay back child support and spousal support payments, according to court documents. Rodman, 51, has been ordered to appear in an Orange courtroom Tuesday for a contempt hearing and faces up to 20 days in jail for failing to make payments, according to an attorney for his ex-wife. The former Chicago Bulls star, who played alongside Michael Jordan, owes $808,935 in back child support for the 9- and 10-year-old children he shares with his third wife, Michelle Rodman, according to court documents filed by her attorney, Jack Kayajanian, the Los Angeles Times reported. Rodman also owes her $51,441 in back spousal support and Michelle Rodman is also seeking attorney’s fees, the Times and the Daily Pilot reported. Linnea Willis, Rodman’s attorney, says in court documents that he is barely able to pay for his own living expenses, much less the $5,000 he has for one child from another relationship and the $4,500 monthly payment for spousal and child support for Michelle Rodman. Court documents say Rodman is “extremely sick” and his marketability is diminishing with age and illness. “Respondent Dennis Rodman is broke and cannot afford any additional fees,” according to court documents.

When Michele filed for divorce on 2004, Dennis listed his previous year's income as $570,000. He said he had $3.4 million in property and $1.45 million in stocks and bonds. This is the most heart-breaking thing we've seen in a long time. Last week, a woman walked into a Houston police station with her four great-grandchildren kids in tow. She told police officers she didn't want the children. "These are not my kids. I'm leaving them here. Y’all can take them to CPS," she said. "I can't deal with them and...breast cancer ... Y'all put them in CPS. I can't take them. Put them in CPS." When officers told her the children -- ranging in ages from 6 months old to six years -- were told old to for the state's safe-haven law, which allows mothers in crisis to safely relinquish their babies (up to two months old) to designated locations where the babies are protected and provided with medical care until a permanent home is found. Apparently, this lady was upset because she got into a fight with the children's mother and grandmother. These kids will most certainly be scarred for life.

And we watched these videos: Like these, including the one about a father who urinated in his 4-month-old baby's face; these ones, including the EPIC video of a college student's EPIC meltdown; and these, featuring the one about people having sex with landmarks around a Norwegian city. It cannot be unseen.

Lady Drops Baby on Ground to Stab Woman

This stabby Mother of the Year candidate is something special.

Police arrested a woman after she stabbed another woman in the eye during an argument Thursday night in downtown Indianapolis. The fight occurred in the alley in the 1500 block of South Talbott Street after Dezirae Loftus, 21 got into an argument for unknown reasons and stabbed another woman. When police arrived on the scene, they found the woman suffering from multiple cuts from Loftus’ finger covers that had blades and cutting instruments on it, police reports stated. Loftus, who police say started the attack, was carrying her infant at the time and attempted to hit the other woman with her fist, but in order to, she threw her infant to the ground. The woman hit had multiple cuts to her face and body and was transferred to Wishard Hospital, police reports stated. A man who tried to break-up the fight also received a cut, but was treated at the scene. The infant who was thrown to the ground was also checked out on scene and didn’t suffer any injuries. Police arrested Loftus and she is being charged with battery.

Woman Robbed During Blind Date

A NYC cougar's faith in younger men has been dashed.

A woman who went looking for love ended up looking for a missing wallet and iPhone after a bad blind date. It happened at a Lower East Side bar on Friday, March 9, 2012. The New York City Police Department says the 50-year-old woman went on a date with the man after meeting him on the internet. They say after leaving him at the subway station at 2nd Ave. and E. Houston St., the woman noticed that her wallet and iPhone were missing. The sticky-fingered Casanova was described as a black man, 25-30 years old, 6'1" and approximately 165 pounds. The victim says the man had corn rows. Police released a photo of the suspect in hopes that someone can identify him, and supply his real name. He told his date his name was Hayden. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477). Police say that all callers will remain confidential.

WATCH: Occupy Protesters Taunt NYPD Officers With Donuts + Norwegians Have Sex With Landmarks

In NYC, Occupy Wall Street protesters were taunting police officers with "peaceful" donuts after they were evicted from Union Square park. Hilarity ensues.



The family of a man who was killed during a home invasion and robbery in Boston two years ago, were outraged when a jury found the shooter not guilty. The jury also acquitted the man who was accused of being the getaway driver for the killer. After a mistrial was declared in the case of Dwayne Moore, prosecutors vowed to retry the man who allegedly killed four people -- including a toddler and his young mother -- and grievously wounded a fifth person in September 2010. Dwayne and accomplice Edward Washington were accused of robbing the home of Simba Martin, 21, then executing him, along with his girlfriend, Eyanna Flonory, 21; her son, Amanihotep Smith, 2; and Levaughn Washum-Garrison, 22, who was staying at Martin’s home that night. A fifth person, Marcus Hurd, was shot in the head but survived and is now paralyzed. He testified during the trial, but was never able to identify his attackers. The victims' families were outraged and dragged out of the courtroom kicking and screaming obscenities.

The law has finally caught with 24-year-old Jesse Byrd, who frequently left his 3-year-old daughter home alone while he went to work. Neighbors saw the girl wandering the street at 9pm and called police. Inside the home, investigators found a marijuana pipe and empty bottles of beer. The child was taken away and Jesse, who told police he left the girl home alone because he couldn't find a babysitter, was arrested and charged with child neglect and possession of drug paraphernalia.





Meanwhile, in Houston, members of The Black Panther Party and National Black United Front have been protesting in front of the Houston courthouse to protest police brutality. They've been there for 60 weeks. (Sidebar: According to this lady, 80% of the police brutality cases filed in Houston are filed by police officers against their colleagues.) They'll be at the courthouse for another 60 weeks -- or however long it takes -- until the Mayor and police department create a civilian review board to sift through the cases and prosecute the abusive officers. Yeah, good luck with that.





↪ You know what? I just can't! Can. Not! In a series of YouTube videos, folks are simulating sex with various landmarks in Trondheim, Norway. This is why the Internet was invented. (Sidebar: The YouTuber tells a local newspaper: “The idea behind this is to create renewed awareness of the beautiful sights in Trondheim. We are very fond of the city of Trondheim, as you can probably tell.”)

Whitney Houston's Cause of Death: Accidental Drowning + Cocaine, Weed, Pills Found in Her System

Bombshell tonight! The L.A. County Coroner's released the results of Whitney Houston's toxicology report Thursday listing the singer's official cause of death as "drowning and effects of atherosclerotic heart disease and cocaine use." The coroner also said the late singer used cocaine within minutes of her death on Feb. 11. While none of this is surprising, it's still so sad.

Whitney Houston had cocaine in her system when she died -- this according to the L.A. County Coroner. The L.A. County Coroner has just released the singer's official cause of death -- accidental drowning ... but the report also notes heart disease and cocaine use were contributing factors to Whitney's demise. Officials say Houston also had traces of marijuana in her system ... as well as Xanax (anxiety medication), Flexeril (muscle relaxer) and Benadryl (allergy medication). A source connected to the investigation tells us it is "very possible" Whitney had a heart attack that caused her to lose consciousness and drown. The heart attack may have been triggered by hardening of the arteries as a result of cocaine use. As we previously reported, Whitney was found dead in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton hotel last month and several pills were found on the scene -- including Xanax, Ibuprofen, and Midol. Investigators found NO EVIDENCE of cocaine in the hotel room. Law enforcement sources have told us from the beginning they did not suspect foul play -- and believe her death was not a homicide. Her family however had doubts about Whitney's demise -- suggesting there may have been foul play....The Houston family has released a statement which says, “We are saddened to learn of the toxicology results, although we are glad to now have closure.”

An official for the L.A. County Coroner's Office just stated ... Whitney Houston used cocaine immediately prior to her death. Coroner Chief Craig Harvey just held a news conference -- claiming the toxicology results suggested Whitney was a "chronic" cocaine user. Harvey described the cocaine level in Whitney's system as "acute" -- indicating Whitney used the drug not long before she accidentally drowned in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton hotel last month. "Accidental drowning" is listed as Whitney's official cause of death. According to Harvey, the autopsy revealed a 60% narrowing of Whitney's arteries -- a direct result of the chronic cocaine use. Harvey claims the artery constriction led to a cardiac event before her death. As for the other drugs in her system -- marijuana, Benadryl, Flexeril, and Xanax -- which Harvey claims were all at or below therapeutic levels ... and did not significantly contribute to her death.

Sources connected to Whitney Houston who were with Whitney the day she died tell TMZ ... an individual removed all traces of cocaine from the room before authorities arrived. The Coroner's Office says Whitney used cocaine "immediately prior to her collapse." Investigators who arrived on scene found no traces of cocaine or any other illegal substance. One source who is extremely close to the situation tells us ... the individual who removed the cocaine was also the person who supplied it to Whitney. As we previously reported, other items were removed from the room as well, including bed sheets. The Beverly Hills PD just told TMZ ... its investigation is not closed. Cops will not comment on whether they are looking at evidence tampering.

Geeh, we wonder who supplied her with that last hit of coke? Who could it be? Some people are suggesting it might be the same person who allegedly took and sold her casket photo. Who disposed of the evidence? Whitney's manager Pat Houston, whom we already said wasn't being entirely truthful in her interview with Oprah, claimed the singer was no longer using drugs. In our opinion, one of the main reasons Pat decided to do the interview was in the hopes it will sell candles; Oprah needed the ratings. Just sayin'. Anyhoo, the final coroner’s report will be available within two weeks. This story is not far from over, so expect more bombshells in the coming weeks and months.

Man Gets Ticket For Cursing at Cat

A police officer was having a bad day.

A man who was heard yelling obscenities at his cat was cited by police in Chaska, Minn. According to the city’s police department, neighbors called in, complaining of the noise. The man, who was not identified, admitted to authorities that he had been swearing loudly at the cat. His defense to officers was that he is “human.” Police said this is not the first time the man had been warned or cited for disorderly conduct. He was issued a new citation for disorderly conduct for the recent incident.

Is Bobbi Kristina Pregnant With Her 'Adopted' Brother's Child?

Bobbi Kristina, the 19-year-old daughter of the late Whitney Houston is telling friends she's pregnant with Nick Gordon's baby, according to the National Enquirer. If you don't already know, Nick, 22, is her gun-wielding "adopted brother" who was taken in by Whitney back in 2008 after his stepfather kicked him out for reportedly not "following the rules." In addition to helping around the house, he began supplying weed and other drugs to Whitney -- and Bobbi Kristina, according to the report. Now that Whitney has passed, the two have grown "closer" and Bobbi Kristina is pregnant and is engaged to be married. Her family is completely against the idea.

While Nick has publicly denied that they're a couple, they're telling friends that she's pregnant and they're planning to tie the knot in a quickie Vegas wedding, sources say. "Krissi says that shortly before her mother's death and then after her funeral, she was nauseous a lot," said a family insider. "At first she thought it was due to stress, but the nausea lasted for more than a week so she secretly took a pregnancy test and it came back positive! Krissi says she's going to name the baby after her mother and she's also planning to marry Nick secretly in Vegas so the family can't interfere. She's madly in love with him, and she thinks her mother would have approved of their marriage because she loved Nick too."....Friends and family, especially her grandmother Cissy Houston, fear Nick is pushing her into marriage so he can live off her money, sources say. "Cissy thinks Nick will eventually cash in on Krissi's fortune and use it to continue living the luxury lifestyle he's enjoyed with her and Whitney," a family insider revealed.

Reading this, we can't help but wonder if the person who allegedly sold Whitney's casket photo is also the "source" of this story. Anyhoo, the tabloid has another bombshell revelation. According Bobby Brown's "close friend" Derrick Handspike, in the days before her death, Whitney rekindled her relationship with her ex-husband and they were planning to remarry. Derrick has been everywhere giving interviews in defense of Bobby. We actually remember he was Nancy Grace and she, in not so many words, called him a donkey then turned his mic off for talking nonsense. You may be wondering if Whitney and Bobby were back together, what happened to Ray J? Derrick has an answer for that; He says Whitney and Ray J's relationship "turned into more of a friendship." And what about Bobby's fiance Alicia Etheredge? Derrick says they broke up last November!!! They must've rekindled their relationship, because we believe she was with Bobby during his brief appearance at Whitney's funeral.

According to Derrick, the passing of Bobby's father Herbert -- who lost his battle with cancer at age 82 on Dec. 10, 2011 -- sparked Whitney and Bobby's hush-hush reconciliation. [After the funeral, Bobby flew to Atlanta.] For the next week, Bobby [was] holed up at Whitney's home, where the rekindled their romance and their intimate relationship, said Derrick...."They slept together in Whitney's bedroom, and talked about what kind of wedding they'd have. Bobby told me, 'That week was the happiest I've been. Whitney and I got that old feeling back, and we were a family again.'" Speaking of disorder in the classroom, John Adams, a biology teacher at a charter school in Philadelphia, is cursing out his students and threatening them to hit him -- so he can sue them for everything they've got once they turn 19 and flipping burgers at McDonald's. Wait, what?





This has happened before. An woman in the Atlanta-area says her 7-year-old son was sexually assaulted in his elementary school bathroom by another 7-year-old boy. "He told the little boy 'no' and to 'get out of his stall,'" the unidentified mother said. "As my son got up to wipe himself, the little boy snatched a poopy tissue out of his hands and placed his private genitals on my son's buttocks." Say what, now?!!!!!





↪ And the donkey of the day is this "crazy" person who got off jury duty by pretending to be mentally ill, then called into a radio show to brag about it. Maybe she is crazy. Susan Cole, 57, of Denver was dismissed from jury duty in July 2011 after she "deliberately dressed in a disheveled and uncoordinated fashion" to look like she had a mental disorder (PTSD), which she claimed she suffered from military service, was the victim of domestic violence, and had been homeless. Coincidentally, the judge that dismissed Susan was listening to the radio that day and issued a warrant for her arrest.

Lady Breaks into Man's Home, Rapes Him

This would be unbelievable -- if it weren't true.

A woman has been ordered to stand trial accused of breaking into a man's home and raping him. Rebecca Helen Elder, 39, of Parkside, appeared in the District Court this morning. She pleaded not guilty to one count of aggravated serious criminal trespass in a place of residence, and one count of rape. Prosecution documents, filed with the court, allege both offences took place at a suburban location between September 20 and September 23 last year. Today, Judge Wayne Chivell remanded Elder on continuing bail to a directions hearing next month. At trial, prosecutors will allege Elder broke into a house while its male occupant - who cannot be named - was lawfully on the premises. They will further allege she broke in with the intention of committing a further offence of rape. Finally, prosecutors will allege Elder raped the man by performing an act of oral sex without his consent.

According to police, 44-year-old Sarah Butler and three of her children — 23-year-old Joanne Butler, 22-year-old Bessie Butler and a 14-year-old son — showed up at the school three times. The first time they asked for a student to be released from the school and were told to leave. They returned, began chanted and were told to leave again. When they came back the third time, all four stripped down to their birthday suits, and began running around while chanting. CRAZINESS! Don't you fret; They're safe now -- in a hospital before they go to jail.

Week in Review — Brought to You By 'Kony 2012' Director's Batsh*t Craziness

We wonder what drug Jason Russell, the co-founder of the Invisible Children charity behind the "Kony 2012" video, is on. He was arrested in San Diego Thursday morning after running through traffic naked, banging his hands against the sidewalk, vandalizing cars and masturbating in public. Insane! The 33-year-od wasn't charged but instead hospitalized and held on held on a 5150 psychiatric hold, so authorities can determine if he poses a danger to himself or others. To let the folks over at Invisible Children charity tell it: This meltdown was caused by "exhaustion, dehydration and malnutrition." Yeah, sounds about right.

Is This the Tool Who Took, Sold Whitney Houston's Casket Photo?

Leave it to Roger Friedman, the well-connected Hollywood Reporter columnist, to work his sources and identify the opportunist who took a photo of Whitney Houston lying in her casket and sold it to the National Enquirer for an estimated $500,000. According to Roger's sources, the opportunist is Raffles van Exel -- a Dutchman who's friends with Pat Houston is CEO of Raffles Entertainment, LLC and "a highly respected entertainment consultant having guided some of the world’s most acclaimed executives and celebrities." Read: He's a hanger-on and a leech who (allegedly) sells stories to the tabloids. Anywho, a Whigham Funeral Home employee witnessed Raffles -- who, coincidentally inside one of Whitney's Houston's suites at the Beverly Hilton the day she died and attended the late singer's wake and Sunday morning service before burial -- take the photo.

The people at Whigham noticed van Exel right away. Even though he’s not a member of the Houston family, he traveled with them on the private plane from Los Angeles to New Jersey. He was the only non family member who accompanied Whitney’s sister in law/manager and newly appointed executor Pat Houston in her car to Whitney’s memorial and funeral and to the viewings. According to one source, he even had his own bodyguard with him, which was more than a little unusual. A source from Whigham’s says when the picture appeared on the cover of the Enquirer, they told the Houstons of their suspicions. “They didn’t do anything about it,” says a source. “They’re protecting him. How come they haven’t gotten him out of their circle?”....About 35 people came to the first viewing. The Wighams didn’t know everyone. But they know none of their people were involved. Only one of their employees says they witnessed Raffles van Exel take the picture of Whitney in her coffin.

'The Rosie Show' Canceled

Poor Rosie O'Donnell. After much fanfare and expectation, her talk show, which debuted last October on OWN, has been canceled due to piss-poor ratings. The show's first episode drew 1.5 million views, but viewership steadily declined. It's now averaging 200,000 viewers each night. In a statement Oprah said: "I thank Rosie from the bottom of my heart for joining me on this journey. She has been an incredible partner, working to deliver the best possible show every single day. As I have learned in the last 15 months, a new network launch is always a challenge and ratings grow over time as you continue to gather an audience. I'm grateful to Rosie and the dedicated Rosie Show team for giving it their all." The final episode will tape on Tuesday. The last show will air March 30. Meanwhile, Rosie, saw the writing on the wall and sold her Chicago home earlier this month. OWN received it's best ratings ever last Sunday when Oprah aired her interview with the late Whitney Houston's daughter, Bobbi Kristina, her brother and sister-in-law.

There's a special place in hell awaiting Thomas Hauck, 57, of Philadelphia. He's charged with the murder of his 82-year-old father, Leonard, whom he starved to death. Thomas also severely neglected his mother. She was found malnourished but is recovering. Hauck is facing recklessly endangering the welfare of another person charges for the treatment of his mother. We could be wrong, but Thomas looks like he's not mentally sane, which could explain his actions.


Speaking of cray cray, Alexis Felton is one crazy mother (what your mouth!). The 22-year-old tried to choke her 11-month-old daughter six times -- while the girl was in the hospital. How did she end up in the hospital six times? You guessed it. Gold star for you.





Weeks after a Texas woman underwent gastric bypass surgery, she said her doctor, Dr. Jacques Roy, showed up at her home and wrote her prescriptions for Xanax and other prescriptions -- in exchange for sex. Which is the same thing he was disciplined for in 1999 after one one his patients/jumpoffs died from in a car crash while high on pills.





They be fightin'! Wanda Mann, the president of a school board, put the beatdown on a teacher in the hallway as students looked on in amazement.





↪ In Atlanta, a hairstylist became enraged when Neffe (Neffeteria Pugh), the sister of R&B singer Keyshia Cole, left his salon unsatisfied and went to celebrity hairstylist and Real Housewives of Atlanta regular, Derek J's salon, to have her weave redone. "Her (hair was) messed up to the point we didn't know what to do. So I was just like, reach out to the stylist and say 'Hey, what did you use, what did you do?' and it turned from a professional conversation to more of an argument but we thought it was done," Derek said. The rival hairstylist, Corwin Pledger (pictured, here), was offended and showed up at Derek J's salon a few hours later with a gun, threatened to kill people then opened fire. Cops are now pursuing charges.

There's a new tax scam targeting the elderly. Advanced Tax Services in Atlanta are telling the elderly they're eligible to claim a "Obama Stimulus Plan Credit." Here's the shocker: There's no such credit. If we've said it once, we've said it at least 100 times: You don't have to pay anyone to prepare your taxes, just walk into an IRS office and they'll file it for you. For Free. But if you must use a tax preparer, go to a company like H&R Block, not these shady companies popping up in the hood promising you a huge refund. Don't be greedy, because the IRS will demand you repay every red cent you false received.

A 71-year-old woman from Portland, Oregon was scammed out of more than $100,000 by a Nigerian man posing as a soldier fighting in Kabul Afghanistan. He said he had three metal trunks filled with jewels and valuables totaling in the millions of dollars, the spoils of war. Now, she's blaming her bank for her stupidity and greed.




Meanwhile, in Mesa, Arizona, a lady there a bag of vomit on hospital workers.

Mesa police arrested a 27-year-old woman Wednesday on suspicion of throwing a bag of her own vomit at hospital workers. Trina Elgo was booked on one charge of aggravated assault on a health-care practitioner, a class 6 felony. Mesa Fire Department officials found an apparently intoxicated Elgo at a bus stop, at 1200 S. Country Club Drive, at 10:10 p.m. Wednesday, court documents say. Police say an ambulance transported Elgo to Banner Desert Hospital, at 1400 S. Dobson Road, where she became belligerent and screamed at hospital staff. Elgo then threw a bag of her vomit at hospital staff, police say. Police say Elgo spit on a hospital worker when they were trying to transfer her to a different area of the hospital.
