On Monday night, 27-year-old Lespaul Stuckey of Cincinnati was only a few blocks away from home when when he had a run-in with police.
According to police, Lespaul was acting disorderly -- which they classify as "an annoyance by making unreasonable noise or an offensively obscene utterance, gesture or display." When they told him to stop acting like a fool, he upped the ante and showed them how crazy he could be. He jumped in front of the police cruiser and began to hump it all the while cursing at the cops.
Suffice it to say, his attention-grabbing antics landed him with a disorderly conduct charge and a trip jail where he's free to hump as many, ahem, "bumpers" as he choose fit.
Two men were arrested Monday in Union City for their alleged involvement in the sexual molestation of a 10-year-old girl.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the U.S. Marshal’s Service arrested Danny Lee Arnold, 19 (pictured, right). His charges include child molestation, cruelty to children and sexual battery. GBI officers also arrested Danny's brother Thomas Marcus Arnold, 21, (pictured, left) who faces the same charges in addition to aggravated sodomy.
The aunt of the two brothers, Lisa Arnold, 28, (pictured, center) was arrested for incest after the GBI found evidence that indicated she had had sex with her two nephews. All three suspects reside in Union City.
The investigation began when the Department of Family and Children Services learned that the 10-year-old victim was pregnant. The victim has since had an abortion.
"A decision such as that one would be between the victim's family and medical professionals," said Danette Smith, spokeswoman for DFCS. Smith said her department's primary job is to maintain the privacy of the victim.
A DNA test was performed to determine which Arnold brother impregnated the girl.
After contacting the Newton County Sheriff's Office and the GBI on May 3, the officers determined that the incidents occurred in Union City, which is in Fulton County.
According to John Bankhead, spokesman for the GBI, the arresting officers received a tip that the Arnold brothers were at a church in Union City. They were arrested outside the church. Lisa Arnold was arrested in her Union City home. All three suspects were taken to Fulton County jail.
According to a GBI news release, the molestation had been ongoing for several years. The victim is in the care of relatives.
"I don't know if she'll ever be OK. Hopefully, the people caring for her now are giving her the love and support she needs," Bankhead said. "The effects of this will be tremendously traumatic and lifelong."
We haven't talked about the shooting that happened at Michael Vick's 30th birthday party at a Virginia Beach restaurant last Friday because we're on summer hours around here and facts were unknown. Details are still sketchy, but let's talk about it.
At 2:10am Friday morning, Quanis Phillips was shot in the leg outside Guadalajara, a Virgina Beach nightclub where Michael was holding his all-white party. The fete, we should add, was open to the public, so anyone who paid their $30 got in and mingled with DeAngelo Hall, LaShawn Merritt, Pusha-T, Mia Michelle, Allen Iverson and other famous people.
Michael's attorney told investigators his client left the club 30 minutes before the shooting, but according to a club spokesman and video from the scene (which shows part of the shooting), Michael left a mere three minutes before gun shots rang out.
No one has been arrested and Michael, who was interrogated by police on Monday, is not a suspect. If he is found to have any involvement, however, he will sent back to prison. His probation officer is investigating.
Update, July 6: According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, cops have closed the case. Michael was ruled out as a suspect. The police know who the shooter is but can't charge him because of a lack of cooperating witnesses.

OK, full disclosure: We don't follow Minister Louis Farrakhan's teachings or him in general. Is he the leader of those men who preach hatred on NYC sidewalks or is he affiliated with those men who guarded Michael Jackson? We could Google it, but frankly, these questions were rhetorical. We do know that he's is a controversial figure. Anyway, when we read that he sent a letter to Jewish groups accusing them of undermining blacks, we knew things were gonna get heated.
Nation of Islam Minister Louis Farrakhan has written the leaders of more than a dozen major U.S. Jewish groups and denominations seeking "repair of my people from the damage" he claims Jews have caused blacks for centuries.
Farrakhan sent the letter along with two books from the Nation of Islam Historical Research Team that the 77-year-old minister said prove "an undeniable record of Jewish Anti-Black behavior," starting with the slave trade and Jim Crow laws.
"We could charge you with being the most deceitful so-called friend, while your history with us shows you have been our worst enemy," he wrote.
Farrakhan has long accused Jews of wrongdoing in speeches, but he has rarely addressed Jewish groups so directly in writing.
The Anti-Defamation League, a Jewish civil rights group which distributed copies of the letter, said in a statement Tuesday that Farrakhan's "anti-Semitism is obsessive, diabolical and unrestrained. He has opened a new chapter in his ministry where scapegoating Jews is not just part of a message, but the message."
In the letter, dated last Thursday, the Chicago-based Nation of Islam leader said he sought a dialogue with Jews. He sent the letter to groups including the Orthodox and Reform movements, the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, and the American Jewish Committee, a New York-based advocacy and humanitarian nonprofit that spearheads inter-religious dialogue.
"This is an offer asking you and the gentiles whom you influence to help me in the repair of my people from the damage that has been done by your ancestors to mine," he writes. "Your present reality is sitting on top of the world in power, with riches and influences, while the masses of my people ... are in the worst condition of any member of the human family."
In the past, Farrakhan's most inflammatory comments have included referring to Judaism as a "gutter religion" and calling Adolf Hitler "wickedly great." Recently, he has railed against the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, which he claims is conspiring to trap the U.S. in a war with Iran.
Farrakhan echoed similar comments last Saturday in an Atlanta speech titled, "Who Are the Real Children of Israel?"
He did not respond to several messages seeking comment Tuesday. Farrakhan has over the years denied claims of anti-Semitism, arguing his remarks are often taken out of context and that criticism of Jews in any light automatically earns the "anti-Semite" label.
According to the Anti-Defamation League, Farrakhan told followers at at sold out concert on June 26, that he intents to present the new anti-Semitic book ("The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews') to Jewish leaders -- and to members of President Obama's cabinet. He also said there's a conspiracy.
He said: "Today the Jewish people have developed a new strategy. They have always tied themselves to Black people. They attach themselves to our talent. They are the managers, the agents and they are the accountants and that's why our black artists loved fame and got fame but died poor because somebody else got their money. No black man or woman becomes a multimillionaire without friendship in the Jewish community." Which is probably true, but we'd like to add: Most people don't become famous in Hollywood unless they show up to auditions with kneepads.
Yesterday evening 68-year-old Nelson Grizales arrived to his Fort Lauderdale home and was hoping to get it in with his wife of 31 years. But that wasn't to be. He asked where his Viagra medication was and she told him she crushed the pills up and "fed them to the plants" on the front lawn. Wrong answer.
According to police, Nelson slapped the ish out of her and pushed her to the floor. Nelson was arrested and charged with battery -- as he should. When he makes bail, the judge has ordered that he "stay away from [his wife], for the time being" and only contact her through relatives.
In 2008, it was reported that the IRS placed a $842,644 tax lien against Swizz Beatz and then wife Mashonda. Now, that debt has multiplied.
According to the Detroit News, Swizz Beatz (who's known by the government as Kasseem Dean and is currently engaged to be wed to Alicia Keys -- who is also pregnant with his child) owes $2.2 million in unpaid taxes and as recently as June 3, the IRS filed a $652,727 against him for unpaid 2008 taxes. This is in addition to the $162,300 tax warrant the agency filed against him and Mashonda on Feb. 4, 2009 and the $556,986 lien filed on Aug. 18, 2008 for unpaid 2007 taxes.
Let's talk about super-supermodel Naomi Campbell. She was on the set of a shoot for a furrier this morning in NYC when a gust of wind revealed what's really lurking under her wig -- a bald spot that's around her temple and kitchen. Which lends us to ask: What exactly is going on under her wigs? Is she completely bald?
Trichologist (that's a person who specializes in the scientific study of the health of hair and scalp, y'all) Philip Kingsley tells the London Daily Mail, Naomi might be suffering from traction hair loss, which is usually caused by years of pony tails, hard brushing, hair extensions and the glue used in securing the wig to the scalp.
"The old-fashion hair extensions were put in by weaving threads which had hairs attached to them between the natural hair," he said. "They were weaved next to the scalp and tightly knotted at each end to secure them. Because of their proximity to the scalp, the thread, which the hair knotted onto it, rubbed on the scalp, caused irritation, consequently making it sore and sometimes breaking the skin. The biggest potential problem is traction hair loss and breakage because of the pulling involved."
Naomi is so beautiful, we bet she could rock a baldie and still be pretty fierce.
After spending a weekend "chasing" Lauryn Hill at the Harmony Festival in Santa Rosa, Calif. (June 13), NPR's Zoe Chace finally got the interview.
For the past 10 years or so, after releasing The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill -- the iconic album that branded her a musical genius -- Lauryn had a mental breakdown and essentially disappeared. The 35-year-old rapper/singer/actress rarely performed in the States and she hardly ever granted interviews, but, as she tells Zoe, she might be working on a comeback.
"I think it's just time. I'm starting to get excited again. Believe it or not, I think what people are attracted to about me, if anything, is my passion," she says. "People got exposed to my passion through music and song first. I think people might realize, you know, 'We love the way she sounds, we love the music, but I think we just love how fearless she is. How boundless she is, when it comes to what she wants to do.' And I think that can be infectious."
And she answers the question everyone wants to know: After Miseducation and [2002's Uplugged, which we won't even talk about], why did she stop recording?
"There were a number of different reasons," she says. "But partly, the support system that I needed was not necessarily in place. There were things about myself, personal-growth things, that I had to go through in order to feel like it was worth it. In fact, as musicians and artists, it's important we have an environment — and I guess when I say environment, I really mean the [music] industry, that really nurtures these gifts. Oftentimes, the machine can overlook the need to take care of the people who produce the sounds that have a lot to do with the health and well-being of society, or at least some aspect of society. And it's important that people be given the time that they need to go through, to grow, so that the consciousness level of the general public is properly affected. Oftentimes, I think people are forced to make decisions prematurely. And then that sound radiates."
When (fingers crossed) she does put out another record, she says it will be a whole lot different.
"I'm trying to open up my range and really sing more," she says. "With The Fugees initially, and even with Miseducation, it was very hip-hop — always a singing over beats. I don't think people have really heard me sing out. So if I do record again, perhaps it will have an expanded context. Where people can hear a bit more."
Zoe asked if there's a certain amount of responsibility that comes along with having a voice that moves so many people in so many places around the globe.
To which Lauryn says, "I think if I was created with such power or an ability, then what's also been put in me is the blueprint for the responsibility part, as well. I have to take care of myself in order to take care of this gift, which has affected so many. I don't treat it lightly. It's important to me to be healthy and to be whole."
Researchers in Israel created a pill that kills sperm, making it unable to fertilize the egg.
The breakthrough pill could be available in as little as three years, according to the scientist behind the discovery. Unlike the jab form of the male pill it doesn't use a combination of the male hormone testosterone and the female hormone progesterone to block pregnancy. The scientist behind the male pill discovery has developed a tablet that removes a vital protein in sperm that is required for a woman to conceive. So while sperm still get through to the uterus they are unable to fertilize an egg. Using this approach, researchers believe they have a pill that is 100% effective at stopping pregnancy. Not only is it long lasting but it also has other pluses. There are no side effects as suffered by women who take the contraceptive pill.
While the researchers added that because there are no hormonal side effects (the men in the current clinical trials report feelings of moodiness, depression and loss of sex drive), the pill, which can be taken either once a month or once every three months, will be cleared by the FDA and others pretty easily.
Linnethia Leakes and her husband of 14 years Gregg, whom she met while workingas a stripper, have split and may finally be getting that divorce Gregg spoke of earlier this month. This is according to folks over at RadarOnline who saw a photo of Linnethia at an event in Los Angeles last Saturday sans wedding ring. So take all of this with a grain of salt.
A source told RadarOnline.com: “NeNe has admitted that it’s over between her and Greg and she was not wearing her wedding ring recently. She is worried that Greg might go public about some of her secrets because she has admitted that she has some ‘skeletons’ in her closet. Also Greg has indicated that he might want some alimony payments from her should they get divorced, so, the situation could get really messy. As yet neither party has filed any divorce papers - NeNe just thinks her time with Greg has come to an end. She has no bad feelings against him but cannot believe she stayed in the relationship this long – they both still have possessions in their Atlanta home but have been spending more and more time apart. NeNe’s son Bryson is not that close to Greg and he has been standing-by his mom as her marriage has crumbled but she has definitely put on some weight recently. She was remaining tight-lipped about her relationship with the football star Charles Grant but was excited about a new segment she has started filming for a local Atlanta television station. NeNe hopes her split will be amicable but she is bracing herself in case Greg decides to be vindictive because she knows that he knows about her past. And he may try and cash-in on her fame by writing a book or giving interviews about their life together.”
While we believe there's trouble in their relationship (both parties have even admitted it), we really think this particular story of a break-up is coming from someone on NeNe's PR team to drum up interest in season three (which will probably be her last) of Real fake and scripted Housewives of Atlanta. So, until we see actual divorce papers, we'll continue to chalk this -- and everything her castmates say and do -- as PR stunts because as you know, they'll do and say whatever to keep their name in the news.
Famewhore Debrahlee "Debbie" Lorenzana wasn't at work again today. Instead, she called a press conference to explain why her human rights were violated. Seriously. In case you've been under a rock for the past few weeks, Debbie used to work at Citibank but she said she was fired because she's too beautiful and her beauty distracted co-workers. We later learned that that beauty isn't natural.
After the presser, Citibank fired off this missive:
"Unlike Ms. Lorenzana, Citibank does not intend to try this case in the media and we reiterate that her termination was based on poor performance. Although we can't speak to her previous attention-seeking activities, her current attempts to gain personal publicity are as transparent as her legal claims. We remain confident that when all of the facts and documentation are presented, the claim will be dismissed."
Grease! We applaud Citibank for not falling for her shakedown tactics and refusing to write a check just to let the matter -- and her -- go away.
Twenty-one-year-old Lizzie Velasquez is 5'2" and weighs just 56 pounds, but she's not anorexic. She eats every minutes and consumes between 5,000 and 8,000 calories daily. Doctors, however, don't know what's causing her not to gain weight.
They ruled out the genetic disorder De Barsy syndrome because she doesn't have any learning difficulties. She's since enrolled in a genetic study run by Professor Abhimanyu Garg, MD, at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.
Professor Garg and his team now believe Lizzie may have a form of Neonatal Progeroid Syndrome (NPS) which causes accelerated aging, fat loss from the face and body, and tissue degeneration. People with PRS often have triangular and prematurely aged faces with a pointy nose. He said: "I am aware of a small number of people that have similar conditions to Lizzie but each case is slightly different. We cannot predict what will happen to Lizzie in the future as the medical community are yet to document older people with NPS. However Lizzie is lucky to have healthy teeth, organs and bones so the outlook is good. We will continue to study her case and learn from her."
Lizzie, who lives in Austin, Texas and wears size triple zero clothes, says "I weigh myself regularly and if I gain even one pound I get really excited. I eat every 15-20 minutes to keep my energy levels up. I eat small portions of crisps, sweets, chocolate, pizza, chicken, cake, doughnuts, ice cream, noodles and pop tarts all day long, so I get pretty upset when people accuse me of being anorexic....I'm happy the way I am and this syndrome has made me the person I am."
She has written a book about her experiences. It will be out this September.
When Lonnie Tinsley's 86-year-old bedridden grandmother refused to take her medicine, he called 911 in El Reno, Oklahoma and requested a medical technician come to the home. Instead, a dozen armed police officers arrived at the scene. Then this...
When Mrs Vernon ordered the police from her house, officer Thomas Duran allegedly decided she was being 'aggressive' and gave the order: "Taser her." Her alarmed garndson, is then said to have replied: "Don't taze my granny!" According to a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court, Tinsley’s "obstructive" behavior prompted the police to threaten him with their tasers. He was then was assaulted, removed from the room, thrown to the floor, handcuffed, and detained in a police car. At this point, the heroes in blue turned their attention to Lona. According to officer Duran’s official report, Mrs Vernon had taken an "aggressive posture" in her hospital bed. In order to ensure 'officer safety', one of his men 'stepped on her oxygen hose until she began to suffer oxygen deprivation'. Another of the officers then shot her with a taser, but the connection wasn’t solid. A second fired his taser, 'striking her to the left of the midline of her upper chest, and applied high voltage, causing burns to her chest, extreme pain', and unconsciousness. Lona was then handcuffed with sufficient ruthlessness to tear the soft flesh of her forearms, causing her to bleed. After her wounds were treated at a local hospital, Lona was confined for six days in the psychiatric ward at the insistence of the El Reno Police Department.
he was facing up to four years in prison, but with his guilty plea, he was sentenced to a conditional discharge, which means the arrest will be purged from his record if he stays out of trouble.
He has paid about $106,000 to the state to satisfy what he owed in back taxes coupled with interest and penalties.
Marika De Florio of Seeleys Bay, Ontario, Canada (pictured) says she is sick and tired of her neighbors’ 5-year-old grandson driving a loud ATV for hours which is disturbing her right to peace and quiet, so the 56-year-old racked her, ahem, brain and came up with a plan.
De Florio has discovered that if she goes out topless, to the horror of the boy’s grandparents, they will take the child into the house.
“It is maddening,” she said of the noise.
“I’m going mental. I can’t breathe and I’m not moving, but I need some peace. I can’t believe I did this, but they pulled the kid inside and then called police because of their small-town mentality.”
De Florio said she will continue to go topless every time the child rides the ATV.
De Florio says the problems with her neighbours, Mike and Nancy Berry, started two years ago when she moved to the area and he helped her get her lawnmower going.
Leeds OPP, which covers Seeley’s Bay, have received complaint calls from both De Florio and the Berrys.
She is not breaking the law, because in Canada women are allowed to be topless.
“There is not a criminal charge for that ... not since 1996,” said Toronto Police Const. Isabelle Cotton.
De Florio says she decided to go topless to solve the problem because police wouldn’t do anything about the ATV noise. De Florio says baring it all is the bravest thing she has ever done.
“I’ll do what I have to eradicate this problem. I didn’t buy a house by a racetrack,” she said.
Mike Berry says he is at the end of his rope.
“I’m not happy with what has been going on,” he said.
“We need a little give and take. It isn’t right to go around topless in front of kids. I don’t want to stir things up.”
Fresh off of finally filing a $75,000 wrongful death lawsuit against Dr Conrad Murray, who has been charged with manslaugther, Papa Joe Jackson was Cleveland. He tells Fox 8, "I'm just trying to carry out [Michael's] legacy." We sure that's so he can profit off his son's death against Michael's wishes.

She told the thousands of fans who showed up, "I'm sure my son would be very pleased, very honored if he were here today. This past year has been a very hard time for us. If it wasn't for you, the fans, we couldn't have made it through."
Meanwhile, in Glendale, Calif. There was a private memorial service at Forest Lawn cemetary, where Michael is entombed, but most of his family didn't show. Roger Friedman reports that Katherine was missing (she's in Gary); Joe was absent (he's in Cleveland); LaToya, Rebbie and brothers Marlon and Jackie were also absent. Jermaine, Randy, Tito and Janet were there, however.

Meanwhile, in Winston-Salem, NC...Dr Maya Angelou got a dot on the Michael Jackson Tribute Portrait. Each dot represents one of Michael's fans. It currently has 250,000 dots and once completed, it will be displayed at the Jackson family museum in Gary. Dr Angelou says “[Michael] spoke for me in his songs and his life. He spoke for me and so I'm grateful on many levels, on many accounts. I'm indebted to him.”
Gotham Chopra, son of Deepak, shared his fondest memories of Michael:
During the last years of his life, I got to see his creativity up close and personal once again. He and I were working on a graphic novel together entitled THE FATED. He had big plans for it. One day he wanted to direct it as a film, impress his mentor Steven Spielberg, and have his favorite actor Will Smith be in it. It was classic MJ in terms of process, intense at times, with intermittent months of total inaction in between. The story of an iconic Rockstar worn out by the agony of his fame, driven to the most desperate measures, only to discover that his super-stardom has him “fated” for far more than just fame and fortune. Of course, I eventually realized Michael was giving me a window into his own personal allegory and I felt privileged to help record it. Sadly, we never were able to complete the story and I was left instead with an eerie tale without a proper ending (note: I hope with the assistance of Michael’s Estate - in the hands of some very capable and conscious stewards - that we’ll one day be able to share The Fated with all the dignity it and Michael deserves). Like The Fated, we never got to see a proper ending to Michael’s tale. Instead there’s a tangled legacy, the bright light of fame shining over the tumbled necropolis of unfounded allegations twisted around the neverending tenderness for his own children. it's funny to me how in the last year, in death Michael has been canonized by many of the same commentators who were so relentless in tearing him down while he lived. He'd see the irony in it and call them bad names - the man could curse like a drunken sailor. source
Singer Judith Hill, who was supposed to sing back-up during the This Is It tour, shared her memories of Michael with the folks over at Studio 360.
Patrick Fousek, 38, and Samantha Tomasini, 20, of Salinas, Calif. couple were arrested Tuesday after they attempted to sell their 6-month-old baby for $25 outside a Walmart store. True story.
According to police, Patrick approached two women outside the store and asked them if he could use their cell phone, then asked if they would like to buy his child. At first, the women though he was joking -- he must be, right? -- but they reported the incident to police after he became persistent about making the sale. After he wasn't able to sell the child, Patrick drove away, but the two women wrote down his license plate and gave it to police. They went to Patrick and Samantha's apartment to get to the bottom of the story. When arrived at the home, Patrick and Samantha were high on methamphetamine and admitted to police that she has breast-fed the baby while high on meth.
They were swiftly arrested and charged with child endangerment, being under the influence of narcotics, and Patrick was also served with an extra charge of violating probation. (He and his brother were arrested in 2006 after probation officers found the men were running a meth lab.)
The child is now in the care of child protective services.
Darnell Wilson is a prostitution whore. Yesterday, he was sentenced to three consecutive life sentences for stealing bras at a store in Southaven, Miss. While it was his first arrest in that state, prosecutors used his 18 prior arrests in Tennessee for aggravated robbery, kidnapping, and sexual battery and a Mississippi habitual offender law to put him behind bars for the rest of his life. We know a crime was committed here, but three life sentences as punishment? Wow!
The official announcement can come any day now. Tiger Woods and his soon-to-be-ex-wife Elin -- and their lawyers -- have been hunkering down, hammering out the specific details of their divorce and, if the rumors are true, Elin will walk away with $750 million in cash and prizes.
As part of the settlement agreement, Elin will be barred from ever speaking about the details of the divorce. Done. But, according to the Chicago Sun-Times' Bill Zwecker, Elin has some demands of Tiger, too.
• Elin is demanding Tiger never expose their children to any future female companions ''unless he is married to said person.'' In other words, no Tiger bimbos hanging around those little Woods kids!
• While Tiger and his legal team spent a lot of time crafting elaborate language preventing any future Elin tell-all or media interviews, that was not an issue for the Swedish native. ''She is so private. The last thing she would ever do is revisit this horrible period in her life,'' said a longtime Florida friend.
• What has been a big sticking point are custody issues regarding specific time the Woods children will spend outside the United States. Elin is pushing for much more than what Tiger wants.
Yesterday, the National Enquirer pulled the lid off yet another political scandal. The tabloid reported that former vice president Al Gore was accused of sexually assaulting a masseuse during a three-hour/$540 massage at the posh downtown Hotel Lucia in Portland, Ore. hotel back in 2006. The 54-year-old alleged victm's attorney contacted police in late 2006, but she refused to be interviewed by detectives and did not want the investigation to proceed. She cancelled appointments with detectives on Dec. 21 and 26 of that year. Her attorney cancelled another meeting scheduled for Jan. 4, 2007 and said the matter would be handled civilly. But, in January 2009 she was apparently ready to talk. She gave a statement to police, saying the former VP tried to have sex with her on Oct. 24, 2006 at the hotel, where Al was registered as "Mr. Stone." Earlier this month, the woman contacted detectives and asked for a copy of her statement. She told authorities she planned to take her case to the media. Which she did. She marched right over to the Enquirer, which reportedly paid her $1 MILLION for the story. (Update: The Enquirer says the victim wanted $1 million for the story, but they didn't pay her a penny.)
In her statement, which you can read in its entirety below, the victim said Al was drinking when she showed up to his hotel room to perform the massage at around 10:30pm, but things quickly went south when he requested to have his adductor (a large triangular muscle situated on the medial side of the thigh) worked on; she knew that that would "cause an involuntary erection." When he became, ahem, excited, Al allegedly demanded that they have sex (he already had a condom out) and when she refused his advances, he became angry and threw himself on top of her, rendering her immobile as he allegedly started "moaning, groaning, moving in a very suggestive way.” She told him to get his fat ass off of her, but he allegedly grabbed her ass, breast, forced her to drink liquor, tongue kissed her and rubbed his, ahem, johnson against her crotch saying, "you know you want to do it." She told police she came forward hoping that she wants his "behavior stopped and people to know who he really is and what he's done." BTW: She saved a chocolate bar with his fingerprints on it as evidence and the pair of pants she was wearing that night, because there were supposedly semen stains on.

Former VP Al Gore's spokesperson had no comment. This not-so-new allegation surfaces on the the heels of his shocking announcement on June 1 that he and his wife of 40 years Tipper were separating. There were reports that the couple grew apart, but everyone thinks there's something else going on. This allegation by this woman may just be the tip of the iceberg.
Update: Al finally responds. Sort of. The Washington Postreports: "According to a source friendly with the Gores, Al Gore confirmed that he received a therapeutic massage in his hotel room that night, and likely from the therapist making the accusation. But, the source said, Gore remembers getting a massage without incident and the therapist leaving on good terms."
Update 2: The alleged victim is described by neighbors and friends as being a woman of honor. The Oregonianreports: "She's a very spiritual person," said Pepe Moscoso, an artist and photographer who lives in the same apartment complex in Southeast Portland. "We'd talk about the Zodiac and other astrological things." He described her as "a very honest person." She always talks to him and his wife when they're walking outside with their daughters. She told him and other neighbors that she was studying acupuncture.
Sandra Talbot and her ex-girlfriend Adrienne Martin had a really bad break-up. In the year since they went their separate ways, they've been throwing jabs at each other on the Internet and at a Gay Pride March, Adrienne supposedly wore a t-shirt that read "Who's sorry now?" All of that animosity came to ahead on Halloween night 2008 at a gay bar in Dublin, Ireland where they live. Something having to do with sumo wrestler, a Snickers bar and a beer bottle. Oy!
Sandra Talbot (32) assaulted her ex-partner with a bottle she had hidden under her costume in a fit of rage at the George pub, after more than a year of acrimony following their break-up. A court heard she lashed out at victim Adrienne Martin in a row that started over a novelty sumo wrestler's suit that Talbot was wearing. The row developed as the victim tried to wave at a man dressed as a Snickers bar, the court heard. Ms Martin told Dublin District Court how she was left with a large lump on her temple and still suffered from panic attacks because of the incident. Talbot denied any physical contact happened and said Ms Martin had "ruined her life". Convicting her and fining her €400, Judge Catherine Murphy said she hoped the accused and the "loosely linked group of friends" who had become involved in the court case could put it behind them. Talbot, of Greenfort Close, Clondalkin, had pleaded not guilty to common assault on Ms Martin at the George on George's Street on Halloween night, 2008. Ms Martin told the court she was out for the first time in several months, following the death of her sister from a brain aneurysm. She had been in an on-off relationship with Talbot for three years which had ended in March 2007. During the evening Talbot, who was wearing an inflatable sumo suit, bumped into her. When she turned around, the accused said to her: "Keep smiling, cunt." Later, a man dressed as a Snickers bar began waving at her and when she went to wave back, Talbot pushed her arm from behind. When she asked what the problem was, Talbot said: "Your arm's in my way." When she again asked what her problem was, Talbot "flipped" and started screaming abuse at her. Ms Martin's friend Suzanne Bowes got in between them. Talbot was saying something about Ms Martin's dead sister that she could not hear over the music so she turned her head to listen. "The next thing, I got a blow to the left side of my head beside the temple," Ms Martin said. "My knees went from under me and I went down. She walked away, laughing and sneering at me. I had a massive lump on the side of my head." Ms Martin said she saw a Smirnoff Ice bottle fly from the defendant's sleeve. The State solicitor said the prosecution had no evidence that a bottle was used in the assault other than Ms Martin's word. The accused was escorted out and had to be asked to partially deflate her costume so she could get out the door.
Combos, the snack food company, conducted its annual study to determine “America’s Manliest Cities” and this year, good ole Charlotte, NC topped the list. What factors did they consider to create this list, you ask? Well, the company based the results on: the number of professional major league sports teams in a city, the number of pickup trucks and motorcycles registered in the city; which city watched the most sports on TV; the number of "manly" stores including BBQ and chicken wing restaurants, steak houses, sports bars, Harley Davidson dealerships and home improvement stores; the percentage of households subscribing to "manly" publications; the number of construction workers, police officers, firefighters, and EMTs; and, which city ordered the most amount of their salty snack. So, see, it's very scientific.
Byron Christopher Jordan, 37, was arrested in Covington, Ga. early Tuesday morning after he was witnessed having sex with three horses! What the eff!
At about 9 a.m. Tuesday a neighbor witnessed Jordan having sex with a horse and alerted her husband to what she saw, Lt. Wendell Wagstaff told the AJC. The neighbors were afraid to call 911 at first because they thought dispatchers might think it was a joke, Wagstaff said. "When you see something like that, you do a double-take," Wagstaff said. The neighbors also alerted the owner of the horses, who told Jordan to get off one of his animals, Wagstaff said. "He got off that horse but he got on another one," Wagstaff said. Then Jordan apparently did it again, Wagstaff said. The owner told Jordan to get off horse No. 2, and Jordan did but then got on a third horse, police said. "He literally had to go down and peel him off the [third] horse," Wagstaff said of the horses' owner, who police have not named.
Sick-in-the-head Byron, who has a thing or two in common with these nutcases, was charged with bestiality and giving an officer a false name. We don't really want to know the answer, but how does one physically have sex with a horse? HEEEEYYYY!!! This afternoon in Wautoma, Wisc. a man and woman said their "I dos" in the liquor aisle of a grocery store where they first met and fell in love last year. "I was working in the liquor aisle and Denise came in to buy her wine, and we got talking," Marty Czarnecki tells Fox 11 News. After the ceremony, the aisle was back open for drunks to grab their beer and maybe snag a wife or husband of their home. In case you were wondering where Marty and Denise are going for their honeymoon, they're checking into a hotel down the street from the grocery store. Awwwwwwww.
A reggae artist in England hasn't discovered YouTube, because he's been calling 999 (similar to 911 in the US) to show off his skills. Police are not amused. According to cops, the man has called thousands of times since January 2009 to sing, rap, chant and preach and because operators can't just hang up on him, calls from people with real emergencies are not being answered. Authorities have "blocked more than 60 mobile phone SIM cards, but the man continues to make nuisance calls from unregistered phones." One would think they would be able to pin-point his exact location by now. In the States, most 911 abusers don't have a chance.
Is it real? This man in River Ridge, a suburb of New Orleans, says oil rained down from the skies. Before you dismiss him as crazy, there has been at least one report that says the toxic chemicals BP has been using to disperse the oil in the Gulf of Mexico ultimately turns into gas and "moves to the atmosphere, where it will travel hundreds, if not thousands of miles from the site of the BP oil spill, in the form of toxic rain." Are you scared yet?
Lady Gaga continues to out-do herself. This afternoon she arrived at London's Heathrow Airport wearing a pair of mile high platforms only to fall and eat concrete. What she's hoping to do next, may gross some people out. According to the Sun, Gaga is planning to team up with German doctor Gunther Von Hagens -- who's the man behind the "Bodies" exhibits around the world -- to incorporate corpses into her 'Monster Ball Tour.' Seriously.
She is fascinated by Gunther's work and life. He grew up in Germany, a country she loves.He is quite a philosopher and has the kind of past she is drawn to. He was arrested and imprisoned after a student protest, braved the Metropolitan Police to stage the London autopsy and has ridden out the Body Worlds controversy. Gaga sees a kindred spirit and is hoping to meet him in New York. They've spoken over email and it's gone well. She is keen to have some Body Worlds element in one of her shows, with Vegas being the obvious fit. It would be good to top this tour - which is already out there - with something nobody has done before, using dead bodies as part of a gig."
This afternoon -- in broad daylight! -- a woman knocked on the door to a home in Terre Haute, Ind. and asked to use the phone. (Who does that?!) She pushed her way in, stabbed a man and a woman and tried to steal their newborn son. The parents were in serious wounded. The woman, who has not be identified, recently suffered a miscarriage and knew that this couple had recently had a baby boy. Bear with us as we attempt to enter the mind of a crazy bitch: This pyscho thought that after she killed the parents and stole their baby no one would put two and two together. What a donkey. Hee-haw.
Acting a tip, police in Atlanta, Ga. arrested 21-year-old Issa Diallo, who has a serious identity crisis.
Henry County police got a tip that Issa Diallo was going to use a fake credit card at a Kroger last Wednesday. Police spokesman Jason Bolton said authorities arrested him after he used a homemade American Express credit card to buy a $400 gift card. Police told Channel 2 Action News reporter Sean Callebs that when they later searched Diallo's vehicle, they found 94 illegally forged credit cards as well as a counterfeit driver's license and some counterfeit money. Police said even though the credit cards were fake, they had real account numbers on them. "This is potentially 100 cases of people who would have to go through all sorts of trouble to restore their credit," said Det. Marc McGowan.
Tiki Barber's buddies are blasting claims that the ex-Giants superstar is too broke to pay a divorce settlement demanded by the mother of his four young kids -- saying Ginny Barber is trying to bleed him dry while herself squandering cash. And a close Barber friend said Ginny’s camp has been obsessed with smearing Tiki since he left her for a young blond while the wife was pregnant with twins -- while Tiki has focused on getting shared custody of the kids. “Ginny wants $150,000 per month from him in alimony'' and child support that outraged pal fumed to The Post’s Dan Mangan. “In due time, if Tiki was dumb enough to give her that amount, he would be broke.”
“P.S.: She’s hired a baby nurse to take care of the kids for $60,000,” the friend said. “And Ginny’s legal bill is approximately $75,000 per month to Nancy Chemtob,” her lawyer, said the friend. Another well-place source confirmed those jaw-dropping dollar amounts. The buddy confirmed that Tiki, who had been working as a NBC’s “Today Show” correspondent, has “parted ways with NBC” on the heels of the scandal. That job paid him an estimated $300,000 annually. Ginny’s rep said the claim of a $150,000- per-month alimony demand “is categorically untrue. That number is completely and utterly ridiculous.” The rep added, “She does not even have a nanny.'' The rep also denied the amount purportedly paid Chemtob by Ginny. This is a battle Tiki can't win. Will the Giants take him back?
Russell Willis Shepherd Jr., 40, of Myrtle Beach, Fla. has been charged with second degree assault and battery after he stabbed his 58-year-old roommate after the man told him to keep the sex noises coming from his room down.
The victim told police he had been in another apartment with friends and when he returned to his apartment he found Shepherd being very loud while having sex with a 39-year-old homeless woman, according to the report. The victim told police he waited outside and smoked a cigarette before he walked back to the apartment. The man said once inside the apartment the couple continued to be loud so he yelled for them to be quiet, according to the report. The man said Shepherd jumped up and stabbed him in the hand before he ran out of the apartment to get help from a neighbor.
As the saying goes, what happens in the dark comes to light, but this man didn't expect someone with a cell phone camera to be there to record it. Egads!
According to a poll of 1,546 adults conducted by the Pew Research Center For The People and The Press/Smithsonian Magazine, Americans are extremely optimistic and/or crazy.
• 71 per cent believe cancer will be cured by 2050. • 81 per cent believe computers will be able to converse like humans. • 68 per cent of those under 30 predict a world war by 2050. • 53 per cent say ordinary people will travel in space • Nearly three-quarters, or 74 per cent, of those polled believe it likely that "most of our energy will come from sources other than coal, oil, and gas". • Yet 72 per cent believe the world is likely to experience a major worldwide energy crisis by 2050. • 66 per cent say the Earth will definitely or probably get warmer but it breaks down strongly along political lines, with just 48 per cent of Republicans saying so and 83 per cent of Democrats. • 42 per cent say it is likely that scientists will be able to tell what people are thinking by scanning their brains but 55 say this will definitely or probably not happen. • 89 per cent believe a woman will be elected US president by 2050. • 86 per cent say it is at least probable that most Americans will have to work into their 70s before retiring. • 41 per cent say Jesus Christ will return within the next 40 years while 46 per cent say this will definitely or probably not happen. • 63 per cent anticipate the demise of paper money • 61 per cent say almost no one will send letters by 2050. • 31 per cent expect the planet will be struck by an asteroid.
What's that smell? This woman! Earlier this month, 46-year-old Wendy Phillips of Elyria, Ohio was arrested for DUI. She was so drunk from taking shots of vodka straight to the head, she couldn't stand up. To make matters worse, her 4-year-old daughter was in the backseat. When cops pulled her over she told them, and we quote, "I pooped my pants. I ate too much corn." She was arrested charged with charged with DUI, child endangering and reasonable control - dirty draws and all.
These two pals wanted a photo of the two of them with this beautiful scene as a background, but no one else was around to take the photo. So, one of them put the camera on a timer and jumped into the shot only to have this happen.

PS: They're both fine. One got kicked in the face, the other fell about 10 feet into a prickle bush, suffering minor cuts and scratches.

In his new book, the Project Runway's star Tim Gunn retells the story of a run-in he had with Anna after a 2006 fashion show that he'll never forget.
"I was with a colleague from Parsons, and we had been discussing the will-she-or-won't-she-take-the-elevator question, so we ran over to the elevator bay to see if Anna would deign to get on. She wasn't there. Then we looked over the stairway railing. And what did we see but Anna being carried down the stairs. The bodyguards had made a fireman's lock and were racing her from landing to landing. She was sitting on their crossed arms....I ran to the window to see if they would put her down on the sidewalk or carry her to the car like that. They carried her to the car. And I thought: I will never for get this."
A few months later, Tim was part of a panel discussion panel at the New York Public Library with Miss Andre Leon Talley, Vogue's Editor-at-Large and it, too, was something he didn't forget, either.
Tim writes, "When we return to the green room, we see that someone has spread a translucent barber's bib over Andre and he's reclining, his arms at his sides. He's being fed grapes and cubes of cheese one by one, like a bird in a nest."
A South African doctor who has treated more rape victims that she'd like to, has come up with an idea she hopes will deter men from sexually assaulting women.
A female condom with jagged "teeth" that grip a man's penis is the latest device developed to catch rapists in South Africa, CNN reported Sunday. South African Dr. Sonnet Ehlers is distributing the condom -- called Rape-aXe -- for free during the World Cup, in a country with one of the worst rape rates in the world. The condom is inserted by women like a tampon and its jagged teeth-like hooks inside attach to a man's penis during intercourse. Once it grabs hold, only a doctor can remove it. Ehlers hoped this will help authorities to catch offenders. "It hurts, he cannot pee and walk when it's on," Ehlers said. "If he tries to remove it, it will clasp even tighter... however, it doesn't break the skin, and there's no danger of fluid exposure."
After the trial period they will be sold for US$2 each.
Troubled rapper Lil Boosie (real name: Torrence Hatch), who was already in jail, was transferred to a Louisiana prison this morning following an indictment for murder. That's not the half of it. He's also facing three counts of possession with intent to distribute codeine, ecstacy and marijuana, three counts of conspiracy to commit possession with intent to distribute narcotics and two counts of conspiracy to introduce contraband into a penal institution. And oh, yes, he's also facing gun possession charges. But the 27-year-old could end up on death row for the shooting death of Terry Boyd last October. (Cops also believe he's connected to several other murders.)
Apparently, while trying to muzzle husband Joe and and evict that freeloader, Katherine Jackson has been busy writing a coffee table book about her late son Michael, which she will self-publish and offer for sale on Monday.
According to The Hollywood Reporter's Roger Friedman, the book, called “Never Can Say Goodbye: The Katherine Jackson Archives" will feature photos on one page and "reminiscences" by Katherine on another.
To promote it, she gave a two-hour interview to Marc Schaffel, Michael's former business partner.
On the eve of the one year anniversary of Michael Jackson’s death, Katherine was driven to Schaffel’s home, where they conducted the interview. They talked about what the last year has been like, the children, memories of Michael over the years. She did not talk about husband Joe Jackson directly, but she did say that she was concerned that the media twisted what the family said. Katherine talked about the child molestation charges against Michael over the years. She told Schaffel she felt people were out to get Michael. She said that in the 1993 case she felt the boy’s father and stepfather put him up to it. Katherine says she thought the boy–Jordan Chandler–whom she doesn’t name–wanted to recant his story last summer, especially after his father, Evan Chandler, committed suicide.
We're not sure when and where this interview will air, but as soon as we know, you'll know.
In Other Michael News: Michael will be honored at this year's BET Awards, which airs June 27. Last year the show paid tribute to Michael, but, to put it nicely, it was crap. (In all fairness, though, producers only had a short time to get that tribute together, because Michael died three days before the show.)
Update: Katherine told the Mirror, "Michael was so misunderstood. I treasure my memories of him and wanted to share them with his fans in my book. I remember when he brought gifts for me - a watch, a necklace and a ring. I'll never forget how he smiled when I opened each one. He was so generous. I want the world to know that real Michael Jackson - a loving person."
