Jason [Bernard] Jackson, of Houston, is charged with sexual assault of an adult and is being held without bond, court documents state. Investigators with the Houston Police Department said in an affidavit that the victim met Jackson at a local club on June 20 where the two men talked and shared drinks. Jackson asked the victim if he wanted to go home with him and he said yes, the affidavit states. On the way to Jackson’s home at the 6900 block of Pinetex, they stopped at a gas station where Jackson provided the victim with an open beverage. After drinking the beverage, the victim told Jackson that he felt sick and they drove on to Jackson’s home, the affidavit states. Once they arrived and entered the home, Jackson began to hit the victim in the face. Jackson then proceeded to sexually assault the man, the affidavit states. The victim said that Jackson was much larger than he was and he could not escape the assault. After the assault, Jackson told the victim that he was HIV positive and that he had just infected him with the virus, the affidavit states. Jackson then demanded money from the victim and took his wallet, the affidavit states. A struggle then ensued and the victim was able to escape the home. The victim then came across a woman who was sitting in her backyard and told her that he had just been sexually assaulted, the affidavit states. She then called the police. The victim was taken to a local hospital for a sexual assault exam where DNA evidence from the alleged assault was collected. Later investigators interviewed Jackson about the alleged assault and he denied ever knowing the victim. The victim was then able to positively identify Jackson from a photo array. Jackson has refused to provide a DNA sample to compare against the evidence collected from the alleged assault.While we're not saying the victim wasn't assaulted, we have a feeling there's much more -- MUCH MORE -- to this story than what he's telling police or is being reported. This is utter madness -- much like the situation in Kentucky where a man forced another man to give him a professional at gunpoint then shot him after he splashed off.

The prosecutor could not explain how the woman had managed to collect almost an entire skeleton, but explained that the human remains had been used in an “unethical” way. "In the confidential section of the investigation we have material which indicates she used them in sexual situations," the prosecutor told the TT news agency. The woman is believed to have used the human bones for sexual gratification. The evidence that the prosecution presented to the press on Tuesday included two CDs labelled “My necrophilia” and “My first experience” which contained a number of document files and pictures. However, a psychological evaluation of the woman shows that she is not mentally ill, at least not in any legal sense of the term. “Some of the photos show a woman licking a skull," Ehrenborg-Staffas told The Local. "We claim it’s her, but she claims it's someone else and that she found the pictures on the internet.” The prosecutor believes the woman is "fascinated" with death. “She has a lot of photos of morgues and chapels, and documents about how to have sex with recently deceased and otherwise dead people,” Ehrenborg-Staffas told The Local. “You have to ask yourself why she would have those pictures.”...Evidence also included pictures from a morgue, which were found in a secret compartment in the woman's home, alongside body bags and a drill....The woman pleaded not guilty and claimed she had not done anything illegal. “She admits to having the bones, but says she collected them out of a historical and archaeological interest,” Ehrenborg-Staffas said....If found guilty, the woman faces penalties ranging from fines up to a maximum of two years in prison.

Multiple sources tell TMZ ... hours before Stephens recanted his underage sex allegation, a settlement was struck between the two parties. Under the terms of the settlement, Clash agreed to pay Stephens 125k. But the settlement then provides the following: "Stephens agrees that immediately upon execution of this Agreement, his counsel, Andreozzi & Associates, P.C., shall release the [following] statement ... 'He [Stephens] wants it to be known that his sexual relationship with Mr. Clash was an adult consensual relationship.'" The settlement document goes on to say if Stephens is asked by anyone about his relationship with Clash, he must only repeat the statement [above] in the settlement that recants his story. We've learned although Stephens signed the document, he continues to insist Clash had sex with him when he was a minor and was pressured into signing the settlement. One source privy to the negotiations tells TMZ ... Stephens was crying during final negotiations and repeatedly insisted he didn't want to sign. We contacted Clash's lawyer, but he had no comment.If Sheldon is indeed telling the truth and Kevin molested him when he was underage, then the authorities need to get involved. Lewis claims that Pulos signed two confidentiality agreements, promising not to reveal any private information she learned about him while working for him, even if her employment ended. But he claims that in early October this year, he "became aware that Jenni was writing a book apparently about 'her life.' Shortly thereafter, plaintiffs reminded Jenni of the agreement and requested that she ensure that no confidential information relating to Jeff's personal or professional life be included in the book and that Jenni adhere to the written promises made relating to all plaintiffs in the agreement." The complaint continues: "Shortly thereafter, Jeff learned that Jenni had apparently signed a contract with a publisher to publish this book, but was again assured by Jenni that she was not breaking her written agreement and was not writing about Jeff or her work experiences while employed by Jeff and/or the entity plaintiffs. Jeff was informed by Jenni that the book strictly related to Jenni's own family and/or personal life - and that the book is not yet finished but is in the process of being written. "However, Jeff soon learned through an Internet search that the title of Jenni's new book was 'Hang in There, Baby - What One of the World's Most Difficult Bosses Taught Me About Life, Work, and Love,' and plaintiff is informed and believes and thereon alleges that this book is apparently already written." Lewis claims the book has already been assigned an ISBN number, will have 288 pages, and will hit shelves in 2013. He says he wrote to Pulos demanding that she not publish the book, and sent a copy of the confidentiality agreements to her agents. Pulos and her agents told him the book was not finished despite evidence to the contrary, Lewis says, and told him that it would not contain any confidential information about him.According to the lawsuit, Jeff demanded to see a copy of the manuscript but her book agents said no. Jeff claims that his personal and professional reputation will be damaged, and he will suffer the loss of "confidential proprietary trade secrets" if Jenni is allowed to publish the book.

It continues: "After taking the plaintiff into the operating room for a second time, the defendant came out and told Ethan's parents that she had managed to stop the bleeding using cauterization around the penis area where she thought the bleeding was coming from. The defendant then had the plaintiff remain overnight at the hospital. During the course of that night, hospital staff had to change the plaintiff's gauze around his penis multiple times. Plaintiff's parents also noticed that the plaintiff oozed blood every time he urinated." The next day, after seeing lab results, Garza told them that "'Ethan's penis was going to look beat up for the next couple of weeks, but that as the weeks go by it would look normal again,'" according to the complaint. But that didn't happen, the family says: "The days following the surgery, the plaintiff's parents had to change the plaintiff's gauze repeatedly because he kept bleeding so much. During this time, the plaintiff's parents were shocked when they saw the plaintiff urinate from more than one hole in his penis. It appeared that Ethan had two streams of urine. After seeing this, the plaintiff's family decided to visit Doctor Segundo Lizardo, Ethan's pediatrician, the same doctor who referred them to Dr. Garza." The only defendant in the complaint is Dr. Garza and her office. The family consulted a third doctor, Catarina Posada, who "could not explain to the family why the plaintiff was urinating from two holes in his penis, but she however prescribed the plaintiff some medication," according to the complaint. It continues: "In the coming days, the plaintiff screams and cries every time he has to urinate. The plaintiff is also in tremendous pain. The plaintiff refuses to drink anything because he does not want to urinate. The plaintiff also becomes very upset with his parents. He begins to blame them for his pain and predicament. The plaintiff goes so far as to say that he is a girl now because he has to urinate sitting down. The plaintiff also asks his parents 'to just cut it off, and he can be a girl.' The plaintiff's parents also have to change the plaintiff's sheets nightly because the sheets become stained with blood." A week after the circumcision, the Deleons took their son, still bleeding and in pain, to the emergency room at Rio Grande Regional Hospital where Dr. Christopher Bristow told them "that the plaintiff's penis looked over cauterized." That led to a visit with a pediatric urologist, and more lab tests. Dr. Lizardo then prescribed him morphine so he could sleep, the family says. "On or about April 3, 2011, at 2:30 a.m., the plaintiff went to urinate and his parents noticed that a stream of blood was running down his leg. The plaintiff's parents call 911. The ambulance takes the plaintiff to the Knapp Medical Center Emergency room. There Dr. Jorge Martinez sees the plaintiff and gets Dr. Lizardo to show up to the emergency room. According to the plaintiff's parents, when they questioned Dr. Lizardo on why this was happening to their son, Dr. Lizardo told them something had to have gone wrong during the circumcision surgery for this to be happening to Ethan," the complaint states. Five days later, a pediatric urologist told them "that Ethan's urethra is damaged. He tells the plaintiff's family that the circumcision surgery created fistulas - holes in Ethan's penis. He tells them that the plaintiff will need reconstructive surgery to repair the fistulas," the complaint states.

The complaint states that on Oct. 29 at Gould’s Jewelry in Anoka, the couple from northeast Minnesota picked out a $4,500 tennis bracelet, a $3,000 bracelet, an engagement ring band worth $6,000, and diamond hoop earrings valued at $4,100, in addition to a diamond costing $5,000. The total was $22,600 before taxes. Christine Friend presented the money order, asking if they could buy the items on layaway. Gould’s Jewelry presented the money order to the bank and the bank advised that it was fraudulent. The money order had made up numbers where the routing number and bank account number commonly appear. Gould’s Jewelry called the police and at 4:13 p.m., when the couple returned, police arrested them. Christine Friend admitted they didn’t have enough in the bank account to cover the $24,210 in purchases. Police found a Heweltt Packard inkjet printer visible in the couple’s car and Christine Friend said that the check was created on a laptop in the vehicle.Hee-haw!

When the president of the real estate company that represents the building, Doug Molny, showed up the next day to check out the property, he found “complete destruction,” including “penis graffiti on every single wall throughout the building,” Molny said. Written next to some of the penises was the name Doug. Molny said it appeared someone took a sledgehammer to granite counters. Doors, light fixtures, cabinets and appliances were destroyed or removed. There was feces and urine on the floor, Molny said. Prosecutor Jacob Harris presented photos of some of the damage, including a derogatory message directed at an Arizona judge who found him in contempt of court in an unrelated case. The message included the judge’s name and a phone number with a 505 area code. Corea, who did not testify, was wearing a dark suit and sitting next to attorney John Gussio. At one point while Molny was testifying, Snipes ordered Corea to “refrain from making faces at the witness.”

The 32-year-old, who killed the 30-year-old mother of his six children in June, told the Berlin state court that “I thought I was doing something good.” The practicing Muslim said that he had heard God's voice, and at that point he believed he was Jesus. He dragged his wife onto the balcony of their flat in the Kreuzberg area of the capital. There he hit her repeatedly on the head with their barbecue before stabbing her to death, the court heart. An autopsy showed that she died from a stab to the heart. Because, he told the judge, he was unsure whether she was dead, he beheaded her, cut off several parts of her body, including one of her breasts, and threw them into the inner courtyard of the building and shouted “God is great” in Arabic. The court heard how the suspect was supposed to have been taking medicine prescribed for psychosis. He had stopped taking them six months prior to the attack because he wanted to be able to work better and be able to smoke cannabis. He had allegedly smoked several joints shortly before the attack and, he told the court, had argued with his wife some days earlier over an ex-partner and had not been living in the flat.
